Great!

I ordered a messi shirt and a ronaldo shirt. They came well packaged, and they fit perfectly! Nothing really bad to say about kitbag.

Great customer service…

My order arrived in timely manner and perfect just what I expected. Placed another order and I managed to click on an item that I didn’t intend to buy. Did live chat to customer services who cancelled my order and refunded me straight away. Will definitely use this site again.

Could have been better but reached a settlement

I emailed customer services to complain that the lettering on my son’s Tottenham shirt had pealed off after one wash. Kitbag has not deemed it important to respond to my email for over a week now. This is the approach they said I should take to organise a return. Not happy with the service at all.

Update: Agreement reached on a discount as the shirt no longer in stock. Response since highlighting on Trustpilot has been good. Thanks

Terrible customer service

I received a faulty item and was told there would be a refund made but I never received it. After chasing many times and being reassured that the refund would be processed, i accepted I had been lied to.

Great experience, Amazing prices!

Great prices and easy to make the order. I had seen some of the bad reviews and decided to take a gamble. For me it’s been a great experience. Purchased my order on Saturday and got delivered on a Thursday! 👏🏾👏🏾

100% NOT genuine

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I bought a sunderland away top first time i have ever bought a football shirt, put it on when to the pub only to relise the shirt was fake. From the front the shirt looks good but it was the stripes down the side wasn't even the same metal down the sides. Big no no the stuff they sell is 100% NOT genuine

Terrible I received not only the wrong…

Terrible I received not only the wrong shirt it was small when I'm large that's why I won't purchase everything else from them. This year's kits I've purchased from Manchester United shop, even though it costs more.

Avoid

This company is shocking at processing returns. Avoid at all cost unless you want something you didn't order and then constantly chasing the refund.

Return fee is rather high, so be sure to order the right size

Delivery was rather slow, but okay-ish when considering it is shipped from UK and needs to deal with customs brexit.
I would wish for the return policy to be more customer friendly and that there was more openness about the price of returning an item too small/big.
Personally I often fall between small and medium meaning that returns to me is a key selling point. I don’t want to return items for fun, but often end up not buying an item if the return policy isn’t offering a fair solution for size matters

Very shoddy experience

Item took a month and hadn't arrived. Poor customer service - took weeks of back and forth, made me contact courier and wouldn't resend order.
Got a 20% discount code which I won't use.
Now items I wanted sold out.

Faulty product

Well I received a faulty product spoke to someone online and said they will send a new one out and to dispose or keep the existing product which I have gave to a charity. This was also a gift for someone which is not going to arrive on time .I have not recieved any confirmation or email regarding this and waiting for Kitbag to get back to me. Honestly the worst service ever shopping online.

Honestly the worst service I have ever received from any company. Have never left a review but do not want anyone to go through what I did. Original order took weeks. Arrived wrong. They wanted me to pay and sort out the returns for their mistake. Was told the replacement would take weeks so asked for a refund. They eventually sent me a replacement I didn’t want. I had to return both items to get a refund. They still didn’t send me the refund they said they would. Weeks later I asked where my refund was and they finally actioned it. Every step of the process they said there had been a mistake or error on their part but every one cost me time and effort. They got every part of the process wrong. I was not compensated in any way for their series of errors. A terrible shopping experience.

Ordered Chelsea kit, Spurs one arrived

Ordered a Chelsea kit for my son and a Tottenham kit arrived. Still not been issued a refund. I’m being asked to run around and print off a label and then drop it off to a courier and then I could get refunded potentially 21 business days later. Told them I’m not wasting more time and money rectifying their mistake but they can come and collect it the same way they dropped it off. Incompetent staff in the warehouse and shockingly bad customer service.

Cheating the client with promising time that cannot be achieved

Kitbag is deliberately cheating the customers by providing false process timeframe before and after check out. I placed an order on Friday Sep 12th with shirt customization. For non-customized shirt, the website said ship within 1 business day. Customized said ship within 4 business day. But after the payment went through, the confirmation changed to promise ship Monday Sep 22nd. If you cannot process the request within your promised days, don't cheat the customers. This is not acceptable.

Genuinely amazing website!

Genuinely great website to get your football shirts from, I’ve been purchasing my football kits from kitbag for 4 years now and it is always quality.

I did however have an incident recently where I bought the new Liverpool home kit with Wirtz on the back and after a couple washes the name started to peel and I didn’t even notice at first but the W & I in Wirtz was wonky and off centre.
I contacted them and they gave me a full refund, (shoutout Jordan) super quick communication couldn’t rate them higher.

Its funny because I never write reviews but I have had such a positive experience with them over the years and the one time I received a shirt that wasn’t quality they fully sorted me out, definitely shop here if you want to purchase top quality kits

Bare faced liars id give -10 if possible

Left a review the other day about the trouble getting a refund from these. Finally got a reply about it and it was bare face lies. Requested me to close PayPal case against them last Wednesday as they said they could not send refund while open. I did this and confirmed in email to them that this was done. Within minutes I recieved 2 emails confirming refund which never arrived

I received this email resulting from that review - Unfortunately, when there is an open dispute with PayPal regarding payment for an order, a refund is not possible. This is always the case with disputes, and in most cases, closing the dispute solves the problem.
I replied to the email telling them that the case had been closed since Wednesday and they had even sent the refund emails yet no reply or have they sent the PayPal transaction ID that I requested from them.

Replied twice since that email and nothing, I also included the email from PayPal telling me that they could refund while a case is open as that would automatically close the case see below

Please know that the seller will always have an option to issue a refund against the transaction through the dispute itself, while it is active.
However, some seller will try to get the case cancelled, in order to avoid refunding the payment, because once the case is cancelled by the buyer, it can not be reopened.
In this case, I would suggest you to file a case with small claims court against the seller, in order to get the remaining funds refunded.
KITBAG when You read this review looks back at the history before replying with more bullshit. As stated in last email if this is not sorted this week I will take PayPals advice and take it to a small claims court.

If you have sent the refund then the transaction ID will not be hard to provide
