Still waiting for it ..... Evri are useless and had, then didn't have it and then rescheduled and now have it again but still haven't given any indication of when they will or won't deliver. Useless, awful 'help'desk ..... the terrible service of Fanatics owned brands continues.
*Update, the email below references an order I had already received in May and they provided me tracking information for an order that was already received. Not the outstanding one that I am referring to that has now finally arrived. But I think this update further shows just how hopeless the Fanatics sports retail monopoly is.

Sent wrong item, still no resolution
I was sent the wrong item over a week ago (gloves instead of a fleece). After putting in a case for an incorrect item, I was told it would take 1-2 days for a review. I was also told to keep the gloves with compliments for the mistake (probably as it would cost more them to pay for return postage). After multiple emails, it is now the 8th day and I have still been told to wait, with no actual update. Today, I was also asked to send the gloves back. So as of yet, still no resolution in sight. Absolute farcical customer service.

Fraudsters who take your money mess your order up and refuse to refund
Verey slow refund policy!
Can't fault the service, very quick delivery but unfortunately the items we ordered didn't fit so had to be returned. Why only 3 stars then? The web site does state that refunds can take up to 14 days and it does! Personally I think that 2 weeks to refund the money is a bit excessive.

Horrific returns process
Horrific returns process! Returned something over 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Contacted the webchat to be told that they’ve had nothing from the carrier when I have the email from ‘ToYou’ to say I have sent it back and another saying it’s on its way back to the retailer which was nearly 2 weeks ago. Which is their return process that I also had to pay extra to return the item after being I can’t return it for a change of size. I would never use these again after this. I even went and ordered the replacement which I got today and yet still waiting on a refund for something I sent back LAST MONTH.

Don’t waste your time or money
Placed order and paid extra for next day delivery to my daughters, sadly no parcel arrived. I tried chatting online but they couldn’t help just told me order had been voided whatever that means as they have taken my money. I then rang customer services direct but they couldn’t do anything just repeated that the order had been voided and didn’t know why or by who. Gave me another number but hey that number is only office hours so no one there.
Terrible company will never use again and will probably have to spend money now on phone calls trying to get money back and won’t hold out to find out why the shirt got “voided”. No emails sent to me smells dodgy to me, be aware!,

I wondered if I would see the results of the money I had spent . However I ordered a football shirt on Friday and it was delivered promptly with no issues and the item was first class quality .

Returning portal just stopped working
Returning portal just stopped working. They proclaimed that you can send back whatever you want (not used/not damaged) within 365 days, but without working returning portal they were not able to provide me with instructions how to send it back and delayed communication to reach 365 days limit. Quality of some items was terrible.

Inflexible customer service team
I have had many previous positive experiences with kitbag but on a recent purchase I reached out to customer service about returns. I had bought 2 sizes as puma football tops are notorious for being Ill sized and not per shirt sizing guidance. This was confirmed once again in this purchase. It is worth noting in small print they advise that customers will have to pay for any returns (which alongside having already paying p&p). The cheapest option is a further £2.99. There is absolutely no good will to be found with this organisation and the customer service team are prompt in their responses but not flexible nor customer centric.
Update - Kitbag responded to the review to state an email had been sent to follow up on this. 3 hours after this reply, no email has been received.
