Improve customer experience
When you buy new kits at those prices paying international delivery, you expect kits arrive in perfect condition... this time wasn't de case and the propose solution was far from ideal making me pay extra money to send it back me paying the shipping and then hope for a refund, despite the extra taxes I pay for it. Not buying again. Maybe improve customer experience when things does not go as it should.

One month later……still no kit!!!
It has been a month since my order was confirmed. Still no kit.
My son’s birthday has come and gone, despite ordering in good time ( it said 2-7 working days). I’m really upset because I ordered it so my son could wear it to his first ever match which was his other gift. Tried to contact company and just get a WhatsApp saying the factory is busy and they are working on it.

Returned item which was straight…
Returned item which was straight forward enough, until a refund never arrived! I could see the proof of return via Royal Mail but was completely ignored through email. In the end my credit card issued the refund through investigation. I’ll never buy from kitbag again.
