I just paid a service company over $600 to repair our double oven. Turns out the 2 rivets holding the door-close switch failed presumably during a self cleaning cycle. The rivets appear to be aluminum... See more

Now on my second email to their Customer service team to discuss a kettle that has broken for the second time.
Anyone k ow their HO email or postal address in the UK?
Canceled order for no reason
Kitchenaid canceled my order as "fraud" without telling me. I waited on delivery day with my scheduled contractors with no delivery. I used a valid email address, phone number, credit card, and business delivery address. Called for assistance and was told no one could help me and that I should buy from a local retailer. I will certainly be using a different retailer--and a different manufacturer.

An utter sham of a company. I received a faulty stand mixer…
32 emails, 5 hours of phone calls, 60+ Instagram messages and 45 days later I got my money back.
Shame on them.
Kitchenaide Dishwasher
Bought a Kitchenaide dishwasher on 08/12/22. It has a stainless steel exterior. There is a vent in the upper left corner of the unit and it is showing rust damage. I wrote Kitchenaide about the issue asking if they knew why this was occuring and if there was a possible solution. Received a form letter telling me to go to a FAQ section on their website. Totally useless. Then I wrote the CEO of the company asking the same questions. No response whatsoever. Kitchenaide seems to be a fairly good piece of equipment but their customer service is non-existent. I don't care how good a unit is, if there is no service to backup the quality, there is no way you are getting a good deal.
Kitchen aid dishwasher
We bought a kitchen aid dishwasher brand new. Never used it, not once. It keeps throughing the code 84 at us just out of the blue. We are sitting here now with the 4th person trying to fix the damn thing. We have not used it not even once, I tell him we just want it replaced. Just get ignored. We didn't pay over 1000 dollars to get a new dishwasher to have parts replaced on it already. We want it replaced. This is such a scrappy company. I would not purchase anything from this company. I will not ever again.
Poor quality of parts and customer care
I have a Pro 5 Plus stand mixer and the coated beater's paint was chipping and coming off. I contacted Kitchen aid directly and gave them my serial and model #'s. They showed me a link saying it was for a beater that would work with my Pro 5 Plus mixer. I saw that the link didn't show that it would fit my model #, but the rep insisted it would. I received the beater and it doesn't fit. I then contacted Kitchen aid again. I had a very long wait for a customer rep. They eventually - after much explaining on my part - gave me a link for a coated beater and said it would work for my beater. When I looked at that link, the reviews were extremely low due to poor quality. There is so much more - that is not even worth my time to explain on here. I just realize I'm going to have to find another company to get another stand mixer from - Hoping for better quality and better parts and better customer care. I don't feel safe using their products anymore. Such a headache if you have any issues.
Promblem prompty solved by their customer service
I bought a baking pan and had some issues with it. Their customer service promptly responded and resolved the problem. I'm happy with the solution they provided.
i bought the artisan espresso maker
i bought the artisan espresso maker. it makes excellent coffee, at the right temperature! the machine itself is is leaking on all sides. i keep the drip tray extremely clean, but frequently i find a large puddle of brown water on my marble kitchen counter top which is ruined. it also leakes from the sifon when clicked into the machine so that you need to watch out not to get piping hot drops on your hands. i read somewhere that kitchenaid owns whirlpool which is top quality
Ordered a mixer as a birthday present…
Ordered a mixer as a birthday present in March. One of the attachments was damaged so I emailed kitchen aid at two different email addresses due to slow responses. After 5 weeks I got a response to provide more information, plus photos which had already been provided. So I've done this, several weeks later and no further response, including chasing them for a response. Customer support is truly awful.
Kitchenaid deceptive sales/marketing
Kitchenaid deceptive sales/marketing -
I ordered a stand mixer that was on sale on Kitchenaid website. after waiting for weeks i come to find out they canceled my order because they claim "...my billing address wasn't correct - it was missing apt #". i run all my business and personal charges through for forty years and never had a problem. I then gave them the info and they said i "couldn't correct my address" and that i was a "credit risk".
After filing the BBB complaint, I called and tried a third time to get them to honor the order. After Customer Service tried to reinitiate the order and said I was again declined, I asked to be passed to her superior. I was told by the superior that, ‘…my card was declined because I was a “flagged as a credit risk” and the charge was declined by my bank…’ I called Chase and they said there was absolutely no such charge attempted nor any charge declined – Kitchenaid clearly was lying.
To add insult to injury the superior said “I could not ever do business with Kitchen Aid and to take my business elsewhere..”. Like seriously?? I have a near perfect credit score – I run large business charges from time to time but I pay in full on time every month for over forty years.
That said, I think they are being deceptive because of the huge discount offered they are trying to weasel out of the order with bogus claims. I've filed claims with BBB and the FCC.
Ordered a shredder/slicer attachment…
Ordered a shredder/slicer attachment that hadn't arrived a week after it was supposed to arrive. Checked with customer service, who said the transaction was cancelled "as a precaution" and invited me to buy it from another vendor. Don't waste time ordering from KitchenAid. I'll be going with Ankarsrum.
Non existent customer service.
Would give zero stars if I could. Dreadful company with appalling customer service. Operating on a brand reputation which this company no longer deserves!!
Really bad
Really bad. My mixer is broken, they said I can send it to them for repair for 150euros. They didn’t know what type mine was though (it’s an older model), they asked me to fill out the online form with pictures and they would come back to me. Never heard of them since (also can’t seem to receive a confirmation that the form has been sent) and I’ve sent them several emails and called them numerous times but after around 20 minutes waiting the line gets disconnected. Useless. Still a broken mixer.
Wish I could rate them zero
Wish I could rate them zero. We have an oven that the middle pane of tempered glass in the door keeps shattering in the middle of the night and the unit has not been in use. We paid once to have the door replaced and after that we contacted Kitchenaid/Witlpool. Big mistake! Not only are they extremely difficult to contact, but they have run us in circles for months. Most incompetent customer service I have ever dealt with. False addresses to send samples of the shattered glass, false instructions to “inspectors”. And whe their own folks confirmed our story they disavowed their own service people. “Service” is a complete sham! Never buy Kitchen aid or
Whirlpool again. Can’t overstate how frustrating and disappointing dealing with this company is.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS AVOID!!
Absolutely useless, we used our kitchen aid stand mixer twice and it now doesn't work at all! Tried to claim on the warranty, but the company had lost it despite me having proof it was registered. Trying to get them to sort it was a nightmare spending ages waiting on the phone to get through, then having to repeat myself several times just to spell out a simple serial number or my name or address even phonetically they struggled, they end up asking me to email the details only to ignore the emails. All I want is for them to honour their rights and send a replacement as the product is faulty. I am writing this review as a last resort. Hoping they will see this and resolve the matter urgently!
Expensive and No Customer Service At All.
I have purchased an artisan kitchen aid toaster and it is not heating up after six months. Cost £189. I have rung them seven times nobody answers then after 20 minutes it cuts off completely. I want a label sent to me in order to either repair it or replace it and send it back. This company is a total nightmare. I definitely would not recommend these let’s face it very expensive products.
I purchased all KitcheAid products for…
I purchased all KitcheAid products for our new house and have been extremely disappointed.
The microwave had to be replaced twice within three years and the refrigerator has stopped working and it has taken over a month for it to be repaired and we are still waiting.
Avoid this company
I bought a KitchenAid toaster which was priced at approximately £125, expecting it to be reasonably good for that price. I was replacing a Dualit. The KitchenAid toaster only toasts one side of the bread. I’ve tried emailing and phoning customer service, but just get messages saying my email won’t be responded to. I asked how I return it. Nothing. It’s great for bagels, but apart from that, useless. It’s the last time I purchase from this company - the communication is similar to dodgy retailers who simply disappear after you’ve bought a product online. £125 of my money wasted!!
Account was taken over by a hacker
I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a KitchenAid mixer in January 2025 and was initially happy. However, my KitchenAid account was compromised when someone accessed it using my credit card information and made two purchases totaling over $2,600. They changed my e-mail and accessing my account is no longer possible. I immediately contacted my bank and filed a fraud alert. After contacting KitchenAid to request either the reinstatement of my account or its deletion, I was informed that they could do nothing to help. Although my credit card is now blocked, it is frustrating that someone has taken over my account and possesses my personal information, including my home address. This situation is unacceptable. I will no longer support this company.
Do u have a ad for being useless?
Enjoyed their mixer and appliances about as much as I appreciate being subjected to their ads on Peacock
