Fridge and freezer doors
Doors received on specified day,delivery company very helpful, doors fitted on the 8th, they are perfect,fitter said they were really well packed always a good sign,when I phoned order through Jess was exceptionally helpful I'm not good with tech,she understood and talked me through everything I couldn't have done it without her, I've had wonderful experience through out would recommend this company without hesitation

I had my kitchen doors renewed by KDW…
I had my kitchen doors renewed by KDW some time ago and needed to order a new door for an extra cabinet I am able to add. Found same door available (although it has been renamed). Getting the correct size and pre drilled holes done was very easy from their list with instructions. Arrived on day as stated.
For some people their lead times may be too long but Government have not made things better for UK manufacturing or for people who go to work..

The Contact [Jess] was very helpful, we had a small problem with an item delivered which had been damaged in transit, This was rectified immediately, and replacement item was sent.
I am very happy the product and service that I have received. The team are very knowledgeable and friendly, they explained to me some technical points that I had not even thought about prior to ordering replacement kitchen doors.

The staff in the sales office were pleasant and efficient.
The staff in the sales office were pleasant to deal with and offered helpful advice on how to make parts that were not stocked as standard.
The response time to enquiries was very good.
The delivery time was very good.
The few doors that got damaged during transport were replaced promptly without question.
I would definitely use them again.

Great customer service and products
I had an email the day after I received the order to make sure everything was ok. That was great as I didn’t get that from a Wickes delivery or most others to be honest.
I ordered custom size facias to replace old doors in my utility that were peeling. They look great and fitted perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Great service, only needed one replacement door as I had accidently damaged one of my kitchen doors. I did try other companies but none were interested in a small order.
