Stefan was very helpful throughout the process, offering advice & suggestions. Kitchen fitter was very good, timely & tidy. We had a couple of minor snags which were resolved quickly & efficiently. We are very pleased with the final result

Our experience with 'Kitchen Makeovers' has been a very good one.
From the first contact we had with Harry,he was very obliging,listened to what we wanted,made suggestions when we asked but didn't try to sway us away from what we wanted doing to our kitchen.
Mark,the kitchen fitter,was very friendly & very efficient at what he does-he made our kitchen look lovely & we are very pleased with the work he has done!

It's started very well. It ended not so good.
Daniel was great listening to our needs and giving us solutions. We liked the planned kitchen. The actual renovation started on time and great progress was done on the very first day. But the enthusiasm didn't last. The fitters didn't show up on the second day. And a work that was promised to be completed in 5 days took more than 5 weeks... Frustrating! The work is done now and we have a new, functional kitchen, However, many finishing details are flawed. Maybe we were just unlucky with the fitters... Who knows... We expected a more professional work for the price we paid. Time will tell us about the quality of the materials used. So no sure I'd recommend it to a friend.

Stefan and Dan were professional from start to finish. Really straight forward and flexible. Great work guys we love our kitchen makeover. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Paul listened to what I wanted - Not what he thought I should have in my kitchen. I chose to go from a bland kitchen (All beech coloured) to a kitchen with dark green doors - it looks amazing. The fitter (John) was knowledgeable, tidy, punctual and able to think outside the box when we ran into a small problem. Excellent product. Excellent service. Thank you.

Our kitchen was dark wood before the new doors, worktops and sink were fitted, we chose a light beige colour for the doors,it was such a transformation. John the manager was very professional, listening to what we wanted and no pressure selling. Max and Tony were wonderful fitters from the Bath branch, fitting our kitchen in 4 days on the days we chose. It was half the price of a new kitchen and can thoroughly recommend them. The quality is better than I thought it would be. Super people to work with from start to finish.

Everything went well and nothing was too much trouble for the team. Hardly any mess made and very good job.

From the initial choice of doors to the installation of them, was seamless.Andy, who installed our kitchen doors and units kept us informed and kept our kitchen clean and tidy each day.
All in all a very satisfactory service.

Highly responsive, and great support in planning a cost-effective kitchen makeover. John really gave the impression he wanted to get us the best solution rather than necessarily sell us the most expensive services, and we're very happy with the result. Quality of work was excellent, and we would definitely use him again.
