Very prompt service. As soon as I made the enquiry Richard contacted me and arranged to come and see us.
Such a nice guy and extremely helpful. He emailed us a quote within a couple of days which we were very happy with. He came to measure up and left us a sample of the cupboard doors we'd chosen so we could match the colour with anything else we needed to get. He even got us some paint to match the cupboards so we could paint a freestanding unit and radiator cover the same as the kitchen cupboards. Fitting was arranged for three weeks later. With only a couple of days to go we also decided to get splashbacks to match the worktops we'd chosen and that was no problem. Paul was an excellent fitter, very pleasant and prompt and tidy.

Excellent makeover.
After deciding to have our kitchen upgraded we contacted Kitchen Makeovers, not knowing what we would get. Within an hour we had an appointment time with Bill , the rep. responsible for our area.
Bill was extremely clear on what could be done and fully explained everything. There was no hard sell at all which was reassuring. He then gave us a quotation for the work, which we found acceptable.
A few days later Bill returned ,together with the fitter Matt, who did a complete survey with measurements etc.
The work was duly carried out once the made to measure doors had arrived with the work carried out over a two day period.
Matt did an extremely professional job, and overcame any difficulties that appeared. Clearly he is very proud of his high standard of workmanship. Bill too, chipped in with the work when and where he could.
Our dealings with Kitchen Makers has all times been conducted in a friendly and courteous manner by all concerned. The materials are of a very high standard and the entire installation is of high quality.
We cannot speak too highly of Bill and Matt, who have contributed so much to make our kitchen look so good,
We highly recommend this Company to anyone thinking of improving their kitchen. They operate to a very high standard and above all else, are a trustworthy to deal with. A very big thank you to Bill and Matt. .

Great service from start to finish and end results looks amazing!
Ross and Rich were incredibly helpful bringing door samples and leaving them with me for a couple of weeks to help me choose and they even sourced an alternative handle style when I couldn’t find what I wanted.
The fitter Gez did a great job installing the doors and worked quickly and efficiently finishing on time and there was minimal disruption. And the final result looks like a new kitchen. Thank you Kitchen Makeovers.

Great new kitchen!
I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen from Kitchen Makeovers. I have been putting it off for so long, and making do, which we so often do. However, it got to the stage where my tap was practically falling apart in hands, and leaking everywhere, I knew it was time. So, I called Kitchen Makeovers, and it really was the best decision I could have made. Now, not only do I have my beautiful new tap, I also have a fantastic new kitchen to go along with it. They have done an amazing job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kitchen Makeovers to anyone.

Kitchen Makeovers were great - really helpful, our very dated and old kitchen looks fab now and we’re really pleased with the results. Colin was great for answering all our QS and dealing with my indecisiveness and Joel (the fitter) came promptly every day and did a great job.
I’d recommend sorting your own contractors and not using theirs, from our experience. The electrician came in and specifically requested we have him in after the walls had been decorated and then his team damaged our walls meaning we had to get our decorator back out to fix it, which was frustrating. He did offer to make good but didn’t want to use him to be honest. And secondly - their plumber caused a significant gas leak. Had to call the emergency gas people who rated it really badly and said it was a very dangerous leak. KM did send the plumber back out when they responded but he didn’t exactly fill us with confidence.
So top line - kitchen make overs great, but sort out your own people for the specialist work.

Great new kitchen and great service
We were very happy with our initial meeting with Guy to plan our renovation. He was easy to talk with, offered ideas without being pushy, and spotted some of the details that we would have overlooked. He also advised on some decisions that helped us save money and make the best decisions for us. Phil with some help from Guy did the fitting. They were very respectful of our home and a pleasure to have in the home. The standard of work was excellent and they were very patient and accommodating when some snags or changes were identified. There was never any question of doing things other than the right way and how we wanted. We would very highly recommend Guy and Phil at Kitchen Makeovers Birmingham West.

A kitchen makeover
Having thought about changing our kitchen, friends recommended Kitchen Makeovers.
Will North was very helpful in providing information and samples which was instrumental in providing a quotation to us. Having accepted the quote an installation date was quickly established.
Throughout all of our dealings with Will and Jay ( the kitchen fitter) we were very impressed by their professionalism. We are very pleased with the outcome and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Extremely happy with service received
Extremely happy with service received. Richard brought a selection of doors and handles for us to choose from and gave us very good advice on our request for a new look for our kitchen. Paul who fitted the new door/drawer fronts was a very accomplished joiner and extremely tidy whilst working.
