Easily chipped and aftercare non existent
We had our kitchen installed just over 2 years ago, the cupboards looked good to start with, although we did have to ask for a few replacement Kitchen Stori doors from our supplier as they either came chipped or chipped easily after. Sadly this should have warned me what was to come! Over the last 2 years multiple chips have appeared in the dark blue paint, showing the white beneath. It’s not from mishandling as our previous kitchen cupboards looked in a better condition than our new ones after 15 years!
To add insult to injury (and wasted money!) I’ve contacted Stori (new name for Kitchen Stori) and asked if I could purchase a touch up paint / kit - to stop the chips looking so obvious. I’ve been told they can’t supply directly and
I have to go to a supplier. My supplier has gone bust and the nearest one is 30
Miles away, I’ve contacted them but they have not responded after a month.
Yes, Kitchen Stori cupboards looked nice for a few weeks, but long term I think we’ll end up replacing them (not with Stori ones though!). Aftercare non existent!
