A ninja foodi 14 in 1
Although it was indicated that the delivery time takes 2-5 working days, I received my package on Jun. 23!!! 11 days later.
Not only that I received an older model (12 in 1) not what I ordered!
There is no costumer service that you can reach via Phone - only Emails. I was writing and explaining that I received the wrong product including pic. Haven’t received an answer yet. Today is Jul. 1st.

I'm unhappy with the delay of delivery
I'm unhappy with the delay of delivery. The package was supposed to be delivered on 7th June but the delivery was postponed many times. Until today, 10th June, I still haven't received it. I ordered before from KitchenTime and the delivery was normally fast and on time so I'm not sure what is wrong this time.

It wasn't a great experience
It wasn't a great experience, slow delivery and customer service over a week ago offering me express delivery then waited another week for my original delivery to finally arrive. So 15 days without plates.
And it will arrive 'soon' being the first response and the last.
They finally reimbursed me 10€ which covers the cost of the other plates I had to buy to use in the mean time.

Good price. Slow shipping to France, was supposed to be "immediate". No user account on website to track orders.

Happy with KitchenTime service and the prices are competitive. My latest order included 2 items with a longer delivery time than the rest. I had hoped for a split delivery, but accepted the longer delivery time. However I had a nice surprise in that the long delivery items arrived earlier, meaning I received all my items earlier than expected. Nice quality too :-)
