Broken item, no follow up
If it wasn't for the fact that 1. I received a broken plate and 2. Following notification to kitchentime customer service I still received no answer or replacement, I would give a high mark for products and General service (timely delivery). However the fire mentioned points drastically bring down my evaluation.

The customer support is dumb
The customer support is dumb that it’s difficult to communicate and you ask them one thing while they answer a different thing.
I got a defect item and contacted them to get a replacement. But after filling different forms, they decided to issue a refund which means if I want to get a replacement, i have to pay shipping cost again, which doesn’t make sense, since it’s not my fault to receive a defect item.
I won’t order from them again

Product was perfectly fine and as advertised.
Communications around the purchase was fine except for the transport it self which wasn't very proactive in terms of status updates. I used budbee but had to reach out about my status because it was stuck in their system, maybe not entirely kitchentime their fault but they do offer this option. If they fix this minor nuisance it will be 5 star!!

Product was not fit for purpose. Pan rusted the moment it hit water. Extremely poor quality product. However customer service dealt with my refund in a timely and professional manner.

I didnt get my order - discrimination of EU citizens in Sweden
I didnt get my order. Delivery was here, but i couldnt pick it up, due to you were not willing to unlock it for me without Bank ID (it is not written on your pages that for pick up I need Bank ID). I have no Swedish PIN yet, so I can't have Bank ID. Such a discrimination of EU citizens in Sweden! I already paid it and other shops can unlock it. Never more to order or recommend your shop.
