I bought a coffee maker from this company and I was not satisfied at all.
Don't waste your money. Always cold and no taste of coffee.

Im filing case against them with forbrukerrådet. Dont buy anything here. Rather pay little bit more on some other website, because customer service in kitchen time is too busy to answer their customers.

Very poor service - no reply. Faulty goods. Factory seconds - beware.

My order arrived broken. I contacted the customer service desk, explained the defect, included pictures (time stamp a few minutes after Budbee drop off time). We’re one week later and till now I didn’t even received an awnser. Can’t find a telephone number to call, seems like a scam…

UPDATE after 3 weeks: not a single reaction from the customers “helpdesk” what so ever. When your order arrives broken, you’re screwed.

UPDATE: no reply after 6 weeks, although I tried to contact them. Contact only by e-form. No telephone number available

Update after how many weeks: no response nor solution what so ever. The company’s customers service is a disgrace.

I have ordered glasses from Iitalla, received the goods very fast, all good, but than I have realized that 2 of the 4 glasse were in bad conditions, the glasses are not straight, they wobble on the table, clearly rejects that were sent there. I send a complaint to the website and now , since more than 6 weeks no answer, only confirmation that a ticket was created, no way to hear something, they just do not respond, and I have tried several times, no response at all, no phone number, nothing, for me this is not a serious company, I warn every customer not to order here!!

Purchased a red enameled-iron pot or Dutch Oven, on KitchenTime's web site without a hitch.
And the item arrived in a very short time, almost overnight in a nice box and well packed.
Do not hesitate to recommend them for speed and service.

I ordered 26 wineglases with Kitchentime and after one week only 8 were delivered.
I have contacted the "customer service" several times via e-mail and via the webside, but only got a confirmation of my mails and a ticket number with the promise that they would respond in 1-2 businessdays. So far I never got any answer on my questions. Damage €200 so far. So be aware before you place any order here and read al these reviews, which all have the same content.

I got a message saying I will receive my product in December 2022.
I don't have time to wait 4 months for a product I expected to receive in a week.

The company is not transparent about the delivery date. It's very frustrating; I just moved to another house and expected to present my wife with that product.

Please, don't buy their products.

Buying with good price and experienced a quick delivery

Yes! It is excellent! The product is exactly same on screen photos, the plates and the mjölkskummare, i like most the mjölk skummare severin because it is functioning well. Delivery is fast and on time as expected. So GREAT!

I have received a table without the legs. Rowico home furniture box only had the board and no legs of the table. I am still waiting for the response and hope to get a reply back from the manufacturer and kitchentime next week.
I am eating lunch and dinner on my bed still.

Paid 240kr each for 3 soap dispensers, the tops don’t fit, the tubes are really short so they need to be full to work and they never contacted me when I requested a new top!
