Since a lot of the actual logistics handling is outsourced, you need to make sure that the you are always activelybtracking the shipments.

When I first booked the service, it was not clear to me when my packing materials would be shipped or when my boxes will arrive at its destination.

However, the staff are always committed to answer any doubts I have. Whether it is regarding delivery of packing materials, collection time estimate and actually delivery provider.

As well as restrictions for packing. However, a lot could be improved on the website as the information that I asked could be also added under the FAQs. Potential customers will then be aware of the risks and procedures after making a booking with them.

As I have followed my packing based on their restrictions (no fragile items, chemicals, food etc), most of my stuff are in great shape. My delivery is with DPD and they made it easy to set which date you would like the items delivered and the actual timeslot they will send the shipments.

I am satisfied and would use them again. Thank you

Brilliant the collection was quick and easy. They phoned 10 minutes before arrival and the man was helpful and happy.

I wish it'd be more upfront that the materials would be sent a day before the packing. I had a hard time figuring out the KitKeeper process as a first-timer. Otherwise, I appreciate that both delivery drivers were respectful and helpful.

My collection was delayed, but reaching out to kit keeper was easier than what I had experienced with other storage companies. My email was replied in 5 minutes and later I received a call on the matter. Customer service was quick, friendly and effective.
