They respond fast to inquiries. The tour operators they partnered with are very professional. We enjoyed our Bali trip because of their on time service and friendliness. Buying tour activities from KKday is hassle free and cheaper especially if they have special promocodes. It's an A+++++++ for me

This info on their website was…

This info on their website was incorrect: "Taipei 101/ World Trade Center MRT Station (Exit 4), turn right, walk for 10-15 meters and the KKday bus stop will be on City Hall Road". We lost the bus and found out that walking distance from exit 4 to shuttle bus stop is up to 100 meters. It was not possible to contact them thru their website. Additionally only taiwanese credit cards worked in their e-shop, although it was supposed to be international service and in english. Hong Kong and European credit cards failed. However the bus driver was friendly and flexible, and the trip itself was nice.

Poor customer service and communication

I booked a private transfer from El Nido to Puerto Princesa two months in advance, with pick up 08:30. According to KKday, the operator was supposed to text me the driver's name and contact info the day before by 18:00. I didn't receive anything, so I contacted KKday on the app to confirm the pick up. It seems that inquiries are answered by a robot, because I kept getting the same two or three canned responses over and over. They provided the operator's contact number "for emergencies" - when I called, initially there was no answer, then it was answered by a man who said he didn't work for the operator anymore! He was kind enough to contact his former company for me, and indicated that the driver's contact info had been sent to KKday, who had failed to forward it to me.
Eventually the driver did show up, but I spent hours worrying.

Revised: Steer clear of this company

[UPDATE: The transactions described below were either 'Denied' or removed. Thus, in the end, I was not charged by KKday for the reservations I attempted. I'm changing my rating from 1 to 2 Stars because I still consider the payment process highly flawed - i.e., there was no indication that my accounts had been charged after I received 'Payment Denied' feedback.]

Steer clear of this company, here's why ....

I went forward with booking a whale shark excursion in Oslob, Cebu, Philippine. After filling out the form with lots of information, I reached the final section for payment. In that section I used a Transferwise debit card that has worked faithfully. I was told that the "Payment Did Not Succeed". So I tried it with another reliable Capital One credit card, and was told once again that the "Payment Did Not Succeed". Thinking I might have 'fat-fingered' something, I ran those routines once again and received the same failures. Then, thanks to the Transferwise app, I was told that my two Transferwise payments actually did 'succeed'. Then I logged on to Capital One, and guess what? Those transactions succeeded as well.

So now, KK Day has charged me on two separate debit/credit cards two times for transactions (four total payments) that their system claimed couldn't be processed. Four separate payment transactions succeeded, and I was still never issued a reservation. How in the world does that happen? At that point, I opened an online chat session with one of their reps and was told that my debit/credit cards would be refunded in 14 business days. Really? 14 days for a refund when their system collected my money in a matter of seconds? Get real.

At this point, all I can do is hope for the best regarding a refund.

This whole experience reveals a company that either isn't ready-for-prime-time or is borderline corrupt. These days, online payment systems are simply too 'mature' for this type of error to happen and for the correction to take so long. I find it difficult to explain this away due to sheer incompetence, and I think something else is afoot.

So once again, for your own peace of mind, steer clear of this company - and wish me luck in seeing those refunds.

Beware of hidden additional charges!

Be warned, this company will try to add on additional charges to their advertised transfer price, on top of what you agree to pay online. We were asked to pay two further charges (timely asked for at the garage whilst refuelling). Plus the car was old with poor suspension, and no rear middle seat belt (it was a family mpv). I’d recommend going with an alternative company. Do not trust KKday!

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service EVER, Ive been using kkday for my whole trip in Japan but for my tour in Tokyo. I purchased the skyliner and tokyo pass. However they didn't mention the ticket can only be redeem at the airport and the instructions was extremely confusing which included a map of Ueno station which isn't one of the redeem locations. After I purchased it then they state its only redeemable at the airport and the map location is only for the "experience location". I've talked to numerous customers service reps and all were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Merely copy and pasting the same message over and over again instead of actually listening and trying to help. WOULD NEVER USE KKDAY AGAIN AND I ADVISE U NOT TO AS WELL!!!

Worse service

Worse website ever, this group along with their affiliate in Dubai international bookmywifi function, to put it simply, at a thug level. collected money for services that were not rendered specifically the device was faulty from the getgo and refused to issue a refund i ended up resolving the matter via my bank, and local airport authorities.

Worst experience ever!!

Worst experience ever!!! Confirmed thrice on the pick up location and kkday replied saying it is from our hotel! End up calling the agency and it should be the office location instead... Super angry and upset that they provided incorrect information to ruin our new year eve plans!
Now we have missed the tour... how are you going to pay back the time we have lost? We are here to travel and explore the country, this is very unprofessional service!
WILL NOT BUY WITH KKDAY EVER AGAIN!!

Booked an excursion through this cowboy…

Booked an excursion through this cowboy outfit whilst in the uk, to visit the ba na hills bridge at sun world. Tickets promised to be delivered to our hotel, we received an email advising our hotel was too far from the location, ticket would be left at the booking office.
We arrived at the booking office, no ticket and no agent. 45 minutes later a local
Agent advised us that said Tin pot cowboy outfit has not paid their bill so we were not allowed the tickets we had already paid for.
We Wasted an hour waiting around, then had to buy additional tickets for the whole family.
We planned for arrive and get to the top of the hands bridge in Vietnam for 7 to avoid the crush and take some memorable photos. Due to the delay this was not possible, our whole visit was ruined, I also incurred additional fees for arriving back late to our transport. 5 hours after notifying of my dilemma i still have not received any notification let alone an apology. Avoid this shambles of a booking company at all cost. Use at your peril. They over Promise and under deliver. DO NOT USE!!!

Update - still no apology, I’ve been offered my money back, without a cancellation fee !!

Absolute WORST!!

Absolute WORST!!! DO NOT USE THEM! I paid hundreds of dollars for an event and got VIP tickets, they literally put me behind a Pole. As a photographer, they costed me thousands of dollars for the event. They have terrible customer service and their Taiwan office was unwilling to help me at all. Terrible Chinese company. STAY AWAY!!!!

Not recommended. When we reached Seoul on the first day in the afternoon, Teseum was the first destination we were heading to. We reached there about 4pm. Teseum closes at 6pm and to view the whole place, you need about 20 minutes. We were puzzled as the staff could not allow us to enter as they did not receive any booking under my name even we presented the e-voucher from the app and confirmation email. I texted them but it took too long to reply. I called up KKday customer service and the staff told me she would check it out for us. I told them to solve the problem immediately as the voucher is only valid on that particular date we selected and it was about to close soon. The same kkday customer service staff called back and asked what my problem was and if I was at the right place (I find it ridiculous as I have clearly explained the problem and my exact location - the front desk at Teseum. There is only 1 Teseum in Seoul.) She asked me to wait and they will contact the local supplier. The Teseum staff was being kind and she let us in. She told us that she will call KKday and ask the next day. While we were touring around in Teseum, we received the call saying that they have liaised with the local supplier and that we would be allowed to enter. To confirm if they have really resolved the issue, we asked the front desk again whether KKday has contacted her. She told us she will call them up to clarify. Overall, the issue spoilt our day a little as it killed our excitement on our first day. We hope KKday could improve their service as time and schedule is really important for travelers. One mistake could jeopardise our trip arrangement.
