Won’t pay out. Requested withdrawal before new years. They asked for documents for verification. I sent them. They then kept telling me over and over they needed more info even though I already sent it, I would say “Tell me specifically what you are still missing??” And they would say “I can’t tell you, just send everything on the list” I sent the exact same documents and after a while they accepted them. They then told me the payments team would process within 48 business hours and it would be in my bank within 10 business days. We passed this point and they just keep telling me to wait. Now I’ve been told that Klasino is moving to a different platform in around 10 days and I’m very concerned about what will happen to my money.

Give zero stars if can.. no withdrawal 18 days always say wait wait …

Absolutely horrendous, haven’t played on the site for a month or so, deposited £35, literally nothing, had £8 left and my account is suddenly suspended due to they don’t think I can afford it 😂 I’ve been verified and withdrew with them previously, I’m actually stunned that they just come up with this nonsense. I play on numerous casinos and have never had this issue. If they had only asked for proof of my income I would of provided it.

Joined up after reading reviews was not expecting much but I wanted to give it a try and form my own opinion. I deposited 100.00 and played my favorite game rainbow riches pix and mix I was pleasently surprised the site was really easy to navigate and a lovely lay out and easy to understand and has lots of tools and reminders in place. Customer service is very quick to respond when I needed to ask a quick question which was super. Anyway my experience with this site was excellent within the first 5 £1 spins( I only choose 1 bonus feature the pots so are a little more scarce but bigger wins) the pots came in and I won 120.00 I did play this over a few other games and went back on to rainbow rpam with £80 left I think I got down to about 45.00 and the pots came in again giving me the golden pots of £500 which I withdrew I was very pleased. The withdrawal process was very quick I took out in morning and it reached my PayPal account 24hrs later . What a great site. I set a limit first and great thing about this site is you can't reverse withdrawal definetly a thumbs up from me.

A few weeks a go I would of gave Klasino 5 stars but 2 weeks ago it all changed. They locked my account 2 weeks ago and they gave me a call. It was from the responsible gambling team. They said my account was under review because of me spending a lot of time on the account. I do weird hours so I gamble at different times of the day.
I thought they would open my account after the chat but received a email saying that the would be closing it. The email stated that I was out of control, unbelievably they adviced me to shut all my accounts with other casinos. Ha ha what a joke!
I admitted that I was a gambler and had been for 30 years. They asked me the normal questions and whether I would put a deposit limit on the account. Why should I? The deposit limit can be taken off in 24hrs I said.
Unbelievably they seem to be my Bank Manager and my Psychiatrist. They know nothing about me. I have never missed a payment in my life,no gambling debts and even paid off 2 loans last month (£6500.00) with my own money.
I hope I can persuade people to stop using their site and another 31 sister sites from joining up to. 32 sites who is the responsible one here then?

Please do not use this site there are plenty of better casinos about I made a deposit with a certain PayPal account ended up winning a little bit so made a withdraw which got accepted the following day after this I could not see any money in my account so contacted the team who have told me they have sent the money to a completely different PayPal account to the one I made a deposit with because they have said it was the PayPal linked to the account I can confirm I have never used the PayPal account they have sent the money to and didn’t have access to this , so had go on call with PayPal to open a account with the PayPal they have sent it to after this had all been done managed to get into the account and the money was not in the account and klasino are not giving me the correct transaction ID number to find out what has happened to this money PayPal fraud team are now looking into this I will keep you all updated on what happens but have not heard anything from either party (PayPal or klasino) since sending them an email ( sorry for my long story just don’t want anyone else getting scammed off here

Top notch. No issues here. Made two withdrawals so far, was abit worried as my last one, was for £850, one of my biggest wins, but had it within 3 days. Just remember to fully verify first and you shouldn't have any issues.natw1181

UPDATE.. after writing this review my money instantly went into my bank ! Strange as they had previously said my bank kept refusing their attempts to pay me !! Conveniently works now !!

I think klasino was one of the best casinos i played on! The only downfall is they dont look out for and support problem gamblers! I deposited a fair amount before winning a even larger amount nothing was done to stop me! Only when i spent the lot my account was closed! This has affected me massively financially mentally and emotionally!

Spent nearly 2k in one night and now they have the cheek to suspend my account. Is this a scam. Take peoples money and they just shut down their account!!!!

Fake positive reviews! I played £100 on slots and only won 40-60p in-play winnings and £7.60 bonus. I know I am not that unlucky...there are other casinos much better than this one. Klasino are rip off merchants. I should have known, I mean you don't even have an app.

Absolutely outstanding. I'm sceptical of online casinos but thought I'd try this one out. Deposited on Friday, won on Saturday and was in my account by Sunday. I chatted on the chat twice and they were also brilliant. Best service and casino I've used!

Deeply dishonest and untrustworthy - Everything was fine until they suddenly stopped accepting debit card deposits from me. I queried this with them and they said it was the bank at fault, so I went to my bank and they laughed and said no, it was a case of the payment not being accepted by the casino. So, I didn't play with Klasino for a long time but they kept sending me promotional emails which was ironic. I received a particularly good offer from them for an 80% bonus so I decided to try depositing via Paypal instead and it worked. I was happily playing away and actually winning for once. I tried to withdraw some of my winnings and kept getting errors which I thought was odd. Soon after that they logged me out of my account and customer service said I had to provide id documents - which I then did. The generic reply said to wait a maximum of 48 hours for a response and I have heard nothing. I queried what was going on via the online chat and a Supervisor told me my documents had been "escalated" and that I couldn't log in to my account because I was "self-excluded" - which is clearly nonsense. I have sent numerous emails trying to elicit some sort of response from them, but nothing. So - as things stand, I cannot log in to my account and they have my money. I have done absolutely nothing wrong in all of this but they are treating me like some type of criminal when the fault is all at their end. I therefore cannot recommend this Casino group and would strongly advise steering clear of them.

Update - have finally received an email from them saying that they have banned me and confiscated my winnings because I deposited funds via a 3rd party - Paypal - which is listed on the website as one of the payment methods that they accept! Unbelievable!!! I have requested that at the very least they should refund my Paypal deposit.

Update - they have finally sent me a payment of the funds in my account by Paypal - somewhat ironic - so this concludes my dealings with White Hat Gaming. Proceed at your own risk.......and don't use Paypal!

Deposited via PayPal, nothing showed in my balance. Contacted live chat and was told "we're experiencing a delay with PayPal deposits come back in half an hour" no problem I thought, after 45 minutes still nothing so contacted live chat again. This time I was told the deposit was unsuccessful and to contact PayPal, PayPal said the funds were definitely sent. Essentially this is theft! Useless customer service offered me a bonus of 25% on my next deposit, absolutely laughable. Why would I deposit again when they theived the original deposit! Avoid like the plague.
