No win but great customer service
Stay away. It's the usual, swallow your deposit, give you a bit of a win as soon as you dip into the bonus, then take the lot. Landed a feature on £2 spins and it paid £11. Pathetic. Stick to Betfair, Will Hill, etc. At least they're fair.
Edit - Klasino contacted me regarding the review. Very polite customer service representative offered me a £30 games bonus, which was very good of them. Naturally it came to nothing, but nobody wins on casino slots anyway, it's not Klasino's fault. The website is slick, there is a good choice of games, unfortunately there's not much chance of winning on the slots. The table games might be a different story but I haven't tried them.
