Do not buy from these crooks. I bought a Gaga Milano watch from them send after noticed the crystal had a haze on the inside and after the first wear, the second hand fell off. Beware, they made no attempt to respond to my complaint

I bought a watch on their website during BlackFriday, just for them to tell me five days later they didn’t have the watch that they advertised the deal on.
They offered a discount on a different watch, but i am only looking for a specific model.

I totally wasted my BlackFriday on this website, it’s not reliable when you advertise something that you don’t have and you then don’t honor the deal. A deal is a deal. Never looking here again!

Some people may not be aware they're ordering from a company that operates overseas in Europe. This makes returns, exchanges, etc. difficult right off the bat. In my case, I ordered an inexpensive Timex watch whose tags were denominated in Euros. But the problem was the "Indiglo" function wasn't working. Instead of going thru the rigamarole of returning the item, I simply sent it to Timex for repair. As it turned, they couldn't repair the watch but Timex sent me a new one but a slightly different model I don't like as much. Not an entirely unhappy ending, but it would have been different if I was dealing with an American-based online retailer. NB; After receiving their nice reply I upped my rating to 3 stars.

I have ordered from Klepsoo several times in the last few years and it has always been a pleasure. Everything arrived as shown, on time, nicely wrapped. I.particularly commend Susanne for her excelkent serviice and tracking follow up.

I was surprised by the stock of watches they held and trusted that they accepted PayPal so I could use a site that I'd never used before with confidence.
