Today I received my watch Versace Versus its stunning ,excellent communication fast delivery ,will come back again

I was very skeptical of this site. I ordered my watch at a really great discount. I go to look for customer service phone number and realized it is a company in Italy. I was worried about the lead time so I emailed the company to get a general ETA. The emailed me the same day and said it would be available within 7/8 business days. I was disappointed but I decided to go ahead and roll with it. The very next I get a shipping confirmation. I live in Tennessee. I ordered my watch on Sunday night and it was at my door on Wednesday morning. That's 3 days!! Awesome company!

I paid for a watch over 3 weeks ago-this was delivered to the wrong address, by fedex, not klepsoo-the carrier recovered the watch,but I would not accept it as it had been opened!
Klepsoo's argument was ALWAYS with fed ex-not me
I believe that they DELIBERATELY kept my money!!!!!!!
Paypal now involved.
DO NOT USE!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an Ice-Watch 11 May 2014 from klepsoo online. it took more than a month to arrive, with no acknowledgment to enquiry emails during this period. The watch arrived (in ridiculous amount of overpackaging) ... the watch itself looked great, though it was apparent that the second hand was scoring a circle on the inside of the face cover ... no big deal. Within a year of receiving it the watch has developed serious faults re the non-replaceable rubber (silcone?) strap. Contacted klepsoo. They suggested that I might want to try taking it to a shop more than 100 miles away from me, and ask them if they would like to fix it. No return ID or anything .. just fobbed off like it's not Klepsoo's problem. Paypal only protects for 180 days after transaction. Klepsoo in this case has been completely dismissive of any responsibility. A watch should last a year, not just look good on day 1. AVOID.

I ordered my watch and received it the same week. I couldn't believe it. Love that they accept PayPal. Will definitely use again.

Also, cheaper than anyone on Amazon!

I ordered a watch to be sent to Australia and received it in 6 days. The remarkable aspect to this was that there was a weekend in between, so theoretically, a 4 day wait for a most competitively priced watch to travel from Italy to Australia! Prior to my order there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the price of this item. As a sign of goodwill a discount was retrospectively provided for any potential inconvenience that may have occurred.
This happy customer will be back.

I recently purchased a Glycine combat sub from Klepsoo. I ordered one of their watches that was not in stock. Their site states that watches not in stock usually ship in 20-25 days. The watch I ordered arrived at my house in The US 28 days later. The watch came securely packaged and in perfect working order.
Klepsoo has some of the most competitive pricing online and a very very good customer service department. I emailed them twice and received very timely responses from them. I can't say enough how pleased I am with my purchase and their service department.

If you are looking for a nice quality watch specifically Glycine and not spending a large amount of money I would highly recommend their site. I know I'll purchase from them in the future.

I wanted a very specific Ice Watch for my daughter's birthday and couldn't find one anywhere else. Klepsoo did their upmost to help and kept me updated all the time. I would definitely buy from them again

Just bought a CITIZEN JY8020 pilot watch from Klepsoo.
Although reluctant to buy from an unknown seller, I waited until the watch was on stock and ordered it on a Thursday. On Tuesday the next week, the watch was delivered by Fedex in perfect order.

The price I payed is the lowest in Europe! Communication with Klepsoo was fine.

Hi there, I purchased my casio G-Shock Rangeman GW-9400-1ER from klepsoo. The watch was not in stock and I was informed that I'd have to wait 20-25 days which I did not mind as the price of £218:00 which included free delivery via FedEx was excellent value. No one can compete with this price and there no import duty if your in the EU. I read very negative reviews about this company but I can assure you the service was impeccable. They kept me informed and delivered my item from Italy within 3 working days. They supplied the tracking number and I tracked it all the way until it arrived at my door, it arrived without a mark on the packaging, excellent service from this company who I highly recommend. Trust me, I'm a very fussy individual who expects high standards and excellent communication followed with a customer service which backs it all up.

Forget the negative reviews, this is a genuine company which I highly recommend. I saved £62:00 buying my watch and I'm a very happy man, I will definitely use kleepso again

I was also wondering about the quality and service of this website before ordering a product but they had really impressive prices, so I gave a shot!
Now, after having ordered a product I can say that they are excellent!!! My product arrived 4 days after the order, the price was the best on the market and their customer service is fast and efficient!
I recommend it without any doubt!!!

I was a little worried about buying from an rather unknown company and suspicious about the low prices. But I worried for no reason.
My order was a few Days delayed, but klepsoo notified me and gave me extra fast shipping to compensate me.
The box The watch came in had s small damage and they are sending me a new box for free.
Delivery time Italy - Denmark less than 10 days. And that is including a small delay.
I am super happy shopping at klepsoo. I saved nearly a third of the price on a moschino watch.

Like, I suspect, most people I was a little sceptical about buying a watch from a company in Italy that I'd never heard of. I'm glad I did though. Ordered last Thursday and the watch was delivered in perfect condition this morning. Can't be faulted really.
