The car I had has a problem on the gearbox.
I don't know if the dealer knew about but I think Yes, but I'm luky I arrived to Greece.
The 2 nd problem is I paid by cash the money to You but this isn't o.k by the Greek tax law.
I had to pay by bank,I had to put the money in yor company's account. So I asked your dealer if he can do that for me before I get a big fine but till now nothing.
So PLEASE if you can do something DO IT before is to late.

Staff professional, vehicle is almost perfect
Your staff whom i was contact with is very professional, quick and customer friendly. Some suggestions: it should be helpful, if any authentication, or other docs are necessary, than e-mail it in advance.
Vehicle is basically in good condition, just clutch is slicing (unfortunately i don't know abt this in advance)
In total I'am satisfied, but if i knew about clutch slicing, i would asked more price reduction. ;-)

I am not satisfied
I purchased a car from Kleyn Vans. The quality of service was good. After i traveled about 300 km showed up problems with the engine and i cannot drive farther. The car was delivered to final destination on a trailer, but the Kleyn Vans company didn't assumed responsibility for that. I am disappointed on how they treat their clients in this cases.

Thank you for your feedback on our way of doing our business. We’re a large firm and we’ll be existing for a 100 years in a few years from now on. This means, as a trustworthy party, the Dutch government can reward us as a ‘Royal’ firm.
Our main goal is reliability. This means we sometimes just can’t, because Dutch authorities see it as illegal, change information on invoices. And, being in business for a substantial period, I know for sure it always confuses customs in harbors worldwide.
We do apologize for that. But, since you’re my rewarded customer, we’re going to look into it for you and provide you with a useful document!

Very happy with new van from Kleyn Vans
Kleyn Vans is a very big company, but offers a personal and tailored service. Bob Van der Laan, was our contact, and followed-up the export of the car, it was about 10 days delayed due to holiday periods, but when we went to pick-up the car (which we payed for in advance - without having seen it) everything was perfectly as discussed via e-mail and phone.
We will use them again!
