Communication. What's communication 🤔
The order was placed with an expected delivery timescale. Then nothing. Checking the site to find my order (checked out as a guest) wasn't easy. Eventually I got in and found it hadn't been dispatched. They'd not been in touch to explain any delays. The first I heard was a notification to say it had been dispatched, then I received an email to say there had been a courier delay. By this stage I'd gathered. Delivery isn't free, so no excuses there for the poor service. Couriers have issues, I understand. But that doesn't prevent keeping customers informed.

Great service!
The LED downlight manufacturer Sycamore, advised that Klightingsupplies had 2 of the units I required so I found their website and helpfully a telephone number was supplied. It was good to be able to speak to someone, a gentleman who was friendly and very helpful when taking my order, which surprisingly was delivered the next day from Sheffield! Great service.
