Ordered flooring a week ago, no response or ETA from their CPT branch on delivery.
I tried whatsapp, email and call 2 landlines.
Service is non-existent.
We needed the flooring urgently and ofcourse I chose the wrong company.

My garage floor had been previously painted before I bought the house some 18 years ago and it was evident that the bare concrete floor hadn't been properly sealed so paint flaking off and dusty.

The garage is used for storing cars overnight so hot tyres and the associated issues of paint lifting were uppermost in my mind. I spent about 3 months researching garage floor, ranging from specialist, professionally applied epoxy coatings, ceramic, PVC and rubber - there is a myriad of choice with lots of suppliers offering roughly the same product.

It was evident that you do truly get what you pay for and for a domestic garage a solid PVC tile (so no hollows on the underside) was the way to go with a thickness of 7mm being optimal. Any thicker makes it a trip hazard, any thinner makes the tile stability an issue with a heavy vehicle and sticky tires likely to lift the tile.

Ordered from Klikflor direct - 28 sqm (110) of the graphite grey K490 tiles and 5m of yellow ramps. The order arrived on the designated delivery day on a pallet. The individual tiles are quite heavy - 3 is enough to carry.

I watched the YouTube video on fitting the flooring complete with the importance of working from a straight centre line and managed to fit the entire floor including cutting the edge tiles to fit exactly with a 5mm expansion gap in a single day.

The video suggests that the tiles can be cut easily with a Stanley knife - they can't as they are far more durable than that. I used a tenon hand saw with the tiles clamped to a B&D Workmate - perfect.

The fit and final result is worth the expense, effort of the initial research and the day spent laying the floor - highly recommended.

The floor tiles were easy to assemble and with a bench saw easy to cut and shape.
My only issue was the delivery was in an 18tonne wagon who could not access where I live - I requested a small transit type delivery but it didn’t happen. I had to fetch them from a road nearby in the car.

Had these tiles for a year now as a flooring to my model engineers workshop, first class product and service

Have ordered from klikflor twice now and on both occasions they were excellent. Very fast delivery and friendly and helpful staff. The tiles and ramps that i ordered are excellent quality very easy to lay, look great and have made a massive difference to my garage. Would not go anywhere else.

As most people do I was searching the internet for some good flooring for my new classic motorcycle shed,after many wasted hours spoke with Hugo at Klikflor ,should have called him 1st. Great advice excellent service brilliant.

Easiest jigsaw puzzle I have ever completed, followed instructions using bench saw to cut tiles, clean accurate cut with no effort. Helpful staff, easy system to work out how much flooring is needed. Great communication from the company regarding delivery and the flooring was very easy to fit and looks fantastic. Needed s couple of extra tiles due to cutting errors at our end and Gemma sorted it out straight away and sent them that day.

I am very pleased with my Klikflor installation. The tile quality is good, and they go together very easily as long as you have the right tools. A rubber mallet is essential, and I would advise a good hacksaw and even better, a powered jigsaw to make the job very easy. The video instructions are very simple to follow but from my own experience, I found it much easier to start with the front edge across the entrances to my garage. Getting an accurate straight line is vital. Once I had the straight line, (easily attainable with a wooden batten), then adding tiles from left to right and then right to left (one row at a time), was a very simple job. My installation was for 262 tiles and around 40 edging peices and 4 corners. From start to finish it took around 6 1/2 hours. A little trick I used given that you need to leave enough space for expansion around the edges, is to paint the floor around the edge of your internal wall the same colour as the tiles. I opted for a six inch painted strip.

Great product, well packaged and delivered as promised. Contact via internet and eBay was extremely fast, always willing to help. Only trouble I experienced was that selecting the product via the website, there was insufficient quantity allocated preventing me from placing the order.

I went online and ordered a sample on the Sunday, then rang during the week on the Tuesday and ordered some more... I got a sales call on the Wednesday asking what I thought of the samples he sent me the week before .. I hadn’t requested them the week before...

So anyway... it’s sunday now and still no samples...

The girl on the phone was really nice... the chancer who rang (sales) was a typical salesman, acting on a lead trying to sell me something I haven’t seen by lying about when he had sent it...

So yeah it’s a week later and still no further forward than I was a week ago

Website was full of “we’re the leading this and customer service that” Another company that’s full of s£&! ...

Sad to say but it is just like most companies that think they are fantastic but just can’t deliver...

Excellent service, speedy delivery, really pleased with quality & look of garage floor tiles,which were as described & as easy to lay as they said.
Even sent me a ramp section ( I ordered 4 but needed 5 ) Free of charge.

The service was top draw. I could not fault it

A problem with initially a short delivery was soon resolved by excellent responses from Hugo Turner. A great product at a great price. The tiles have transformed the look of my garage
