Fast delivery. Good communications and helpful when I was admitted to hospital the day before the planned delivery. The flooring is robust and waterproof and has made a great difference to my garage. Easy to keep clean.

Great service, excellent products. Supplied with a sample pack however the sample base is different from purchased item as sample has a ridges on the bottom.

It sounds like you might have been sent a sample of our Ecotile range of flooring which is a slightly larger tile and has a different base as you point out so my apologies for the confusion. Both tiles are excellent quality however and it sounds like you're happy with your floor which is the main thing!

My only advice: don't use an electric fret-saw to cut the tiles. The cut immediately welds again, due to the heat melting the plastic! But a good old-fashioned wood saw was perfect.
