Tony, Matt and Sam the Kloeber installation team Turned up promptly this morning after a fairly long drive to get here. A great team, very professional and easy to talk to. Tony explained everything from how they were installing it, to making adjustments etc.They have made an excellent job of installing our new door and the quality looks great. This is our second kloeber door, the first being fitted around 10 years ago in our old house and is still going strong. I have no doubt that this one will last just as long. Thanks.

Appalling & unprofessional after care regarding this companies guarantee. We had a window changed under the guarantee. It came in the wrong glass & had a film inside resembling something that would be fitted on an office building. This window was part of 3 in a row, so it was so ugly & stuck out like a sore thumb. The fitter telephoned the office to inform them. We heard nothing. We had to contacted Kloeber's customer service to follow up. They told us it was the right glass & that due to the years that had past, glass appearances change. This window was obviously the wrong glass, photos proved the eye sore. Still Kloeber didn't want to know. We were forced to threaten them with the omnibus & legal action, before they agreed to get it changed. They charged us £1000 for fitting it. So be aware, the after sales care is terrible & they will charge you for fitting any replacements & do not take any responsibility for damage on your property. (Kloeber you asked for more detail, well here it is! I hope this more extended review clarifies who I am now, Kloeber. If you thought I would keep lies up here regarding you, you were wrong. I pride myself in the truth I tell in my reviews, to help others make the right choice in which companies are good, & those not so much. My real name... I think you know that!) Give amazing customer service & you WILL be rewarded with 5* reviews from your customers. But they need to be earned!

Responding to your latest comments to me" With regards to why I put my previous 5* review...It wasn't for you, I wrote that. It was for your amazing fitting team who deserved to be rewarded for their hard work. I always intended to write the truth about our experience with your company! And as for F.O.C! that is what a guarantee should be. Ten years is the guarantee you offer, it should be F.O.C & replace for 'like for like' eventually after a lot of stress on our part, you finally did!) The glass was wrong from the outset, your office knew this. Glass is glass, One should be able to see through it from BOTH sides clearly. (Unless a specific film is requested) Please don't deny we were treated appalling by your customer service staff! Anyone can BUY a customer's review. I changed my name, it certainly wasn't to hide from YOU! it is quite obvious who I am, unless you are treating other customers in the same way as us, & are getting them all confused. I honestly will not communicate further. Take the hit and learn from it!!

Great company to do business with, from start to finish. We ordered bifold doors and windows in two orders and we are really pleased with what has been fitted. The sales team led by James were courteous and helpful throughout. The surveyor was really careful in measuring the job. The fitting team led by Tony along with Sam, Matt and Gary were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Really helpful team from start to finish. Big shout out to Lee Bowers for all his support in making sure we got what we wanted. The end result was well worth it - excellent quality window and door. Also helped sort out fitting when builder fitting plans fell through. Will definitely be going back!

The team came to repair the initial work that was substandard and from their first visit we couldn’t be happier.
Tony, Sam, Matt and Gary stayed professional the whole time, went above and beyond with the work and were always happy to answer any questions we had.

So Gary,Tony and Matt turned up on time. Talked me through how the day was going to go over a cup of tea then got on tools. Any little detail was discussed along the way over a cold glass of drink as was a hot one. Very professional clean and a pleasure to have working in my house . Really happy with the quality of the product and their workmanship. Would recommend.

We just had Tony Sam Matt and Gary around to replace some glass in two Kloeber windows and a door after very many years of use. V professional job. They took a lot of care to do the job properly and carefully and were very respectful and tidy. We are so pleased we chose Kloeber all those years ago!

Our Tri-fold doors are still going well - proving what a great product we chose and Kloeber provided - after nearly 15 years they just need a quick paint and Kloeber provided all information required to perform this job plus a RAl number to match original!

I’d recommend Kloeber - especially if you get to work with Lee Bowers (but the truth is everyone in the company seemed lovely, it felt like a place with a good ethos and happy employees). Lee listened to what we needed and our budget, was realistic and clear, explained the products and responded kindly to changes as they happened. When some things couldn’t happen in the timeframe planned, there was straight and honest and solution focussed communications. It always felt like the company really cared about doing a good job, and with only one window left to go in, I feel like they really did a good job! Construction is difficult because there are many moving parts. So important then, that these parts are moved by professionals you can trust. That’s what working with Kloeber felt like. A kind and capable company with integrity and an honest product and ethos. A privilege to do business with them,

Just had my new windows fitted by a proper old school team of craftsmen they were kind courteous and respectful to us as a customer from Tony the head foreman to his team Sam,Matt,and Gary we were kept informed at every stage they tidied as they went and above all left us with a very sleek and elegant product which I’m sure we will enjoy for many years to come thank you Rebecca and Kroeber. This is the second time I've bought from Kloeber, and the reason I've come back is not just the superb quality of product but also the exceptional customer support. Lee has been quick to respond, helpful and knows his stuff. A pleasure to work with.

Ordered a door as live locally, thought supporting a local company was good. Instead Kloeber turned up with a sub contractor team and refused to fit the door as it was a timber frame house. Guy from Kloeber rocks up afterwards and confirms it should have been fitted yet Kloeber now want to charge me a ‘abort’ fee. Architect sent details prior. Beware!!!

We have all Kloeber windows and a variation of doors in our house which we love. A door handle broke recently on our bi fold doors and Charlotte in customer relations sorted one out for us immediately. We’re very impressed with the efficient service and for being so helpful. We fully recommend their products and services.

What a great experience with the Kloeber team even 10 years after we bought our door! Toby in particular is a superstar and sourced some touch up paint to make the door look as good as new. A great product and super support - impressive.

What an amazing company. We spent ages trying to find high-quality wood bi-folds - strangely hard to find. We were so happy to discover Kloeber! Theirs is a seriously premium product that is lightyears ahead of the nearest comparable product we could find (which were nowhere near as nice), and Kloeber's was a better price! Every detail is perfect. The whole team went above and beyond during the ordering process, and helped us with a nifty little matching window as well. They were great fun, too, joining our excitement about the bold custom colour we went for. Nick in particular was - and continues to be - incredibly responsive, cheerful and always helpful, answering emails straight away and providing great support, even for the smallest maintenance question over a year later. Thank you, Nick - A* customer service! Kloeber are clearly very proud of their products, as well they should be. I'd order again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We bought a Funky Front door in 2013. It has been absolutely rock solid. Looks amazing and everytime you come in and out it feels like quality.

Ten years later we're adding a back door - this time fully glazed wooden door. The sales experience is outstanding - I cannot fault the level of knowledge and responsiveness.
