Once again Kloeber did as they promised.
Having had my order installed I noticed some scuffing and enquired with the guys on site if anything could be done. They told me all about their after sales department and that someone would be in touch.

This happened promptly as I've discovered is the way with Kloeber and it aligns with me, ie if there is a problem deal with it promptly.

Today Nathan arrived between 8.00 - 9.00am (the time I'd expected) even though he'd driven over 100 miles to get here.

He did what was planned, taking time and due care. Was polite and courteous throughout and was once again a pleasure to have here. Thank you Nathan and thank you Kloeber.

From the point of contact, I had an immediate and helpful response from Charlotte followed by establishing the product and if on the companies data base, then promptly passing the request to the stores and then , despite of being out of warranty, they supplied the parts required FOC. It was so refreshing to deal with an organised set up , fast, without being left in limbo by people who do not know their products. Cannot praise them highly enough.

I have just moved into my house on the 25th august 2023 , we have a kloeber front door, and the hinges were loose , I emailed Charlotte at kloeber and she emailed me back straight away with instructions how to adjust the door and a kit (free) in the post to tighten the hinge, all this great service after the door is 9 yrs old, I am in the service industry, and rarely do you get service like this anywhere, I would strongly recommend kloeber to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one of their products , first class service from a first class company 👌👌👌👍

Kloeber couldn't have been more helpful and understanding as this was, for us, a big purchase that we wanted to get right. The quality is obvious and exactly as we designed and discussed with Nick the Kloeber rep. The fittings and cleaning kits are of good quality and when we realized that we had lost a small handle grub screw they were happy to send us a replacement. A friend who installs double glazing and doors was very impressed by the door quality. The bright Orange 'Funky Front' aluminium door just looks great!

Rees and Alex back on site to fit the remaining two units. Great approach by both of them on site - really adept at coping with the little unexpected issues. Great team. Also appreciated the change out of a big glass panel that we did not even realise had a fault - fantastic customer commitment by the whole business.

Everything went well with the fitting on the day but I was disappointed that they did not bother to clean the glass on the windows which were left very smeary. I would have thought they would have taken a little more pride in their job. Also after they left that day we have never heard a thing from the after sales. You would think they would be in contact to ask if went well and were we satisfied. Feel they want your money up front, fit the patio window and run.

I just wanted to say how delighted I was with Mark, the Kloeber engineer who visited me on Friday to repair and align my wonderful front door. I was not disappointed.

Mark was punctual, polite, diligent, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Of course, he did sterling and fantastic job describing the door mechanisms throughout, the routine maintenance activities I need to perform periodically and meticulously explaining the way it operates in detail. He wasn’t in a hurry despite other appointments lined up and have it the TLC my door needed leaving it purring like a cat. My door is now fully functional the way it was when it was first installed.

However, to make this Disney magic all come together like clockwork required a team of dedicated, diligent and customer drive support staff at Kloebers head office in Huntington. The cogs behind under the bonnet – the magicians, artists, and scriptwriters.

I want to say a special thank you to these people Daniel Davidson, Chris Cook, Charlotte Hurden, Rebecca Waymont and of course the engineer Mark for making this such a pleasant and seamless experience for me. It’s the Kloeber way and I would never choose or recommend any other door and window company other than Kloeber. We couldn't have done this without you guys.

You don’t always get it right. No one ever does. But when you know it’s not right, you make it right, and make it right with the customer at the heart of the magic.

We moved into a house with a Kloeber front door and have had excellent customer service whenever I’ve asked questions or needed replacement parts.

They’ve always replied promptly and been extremely helpful.

Lovely doors. Slight delay in delivery as they were thorough in their quality control, well communicated. Installed by Nathan and Tom who did a great job, charmed my mum, and left us with beautiful bifolds and fixed light. Many thanks. Would happily recommend and use again. Tom

We are delighted with our timber framed flush casement windows and French doors. Lee was an immense source of knowledge during the pre ordering stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble - from recommending cost savings to ensure we could secure the products we wanted in line with our budget, right down to advising on finish and handle selection. Charlotte, in customer services, was able to liase with Hometech who did a fantastic job on repairing damage that had been sustained to one of the frames such that no one would ever know it had been there. All in all thrilled with our new windows and doors - they have transformed our refurbished 1960s property.

Great looking doors that will hopefully prove their quality as well in the years to come.
What made the biggest difference at the crucial part of fitting were our amazing fitters Shay and Richard.
Super helpful, meticulous and calm. We did hit an issue for a fitting that was scheduled and was urgently needed.
Shay and Richard’s care and flexibility to help us meet our deadline helped so much get past a very stressful challenge in our project.

Had various units supplied & fitted by Klöeber via a third party contractor. From the day they completed (& left site) we've numerous issues with the finish, the locks, the sealant. All in all pretty horrible. I've been reliably advised that the contractor has been trying daily to get a date to return to site to resolve. Sadly there appears zero appetitie.

Due to damage accidentally caused by the key we needed some paint to match the powder coat finish. I called customer services and spoke to the customer communications manager, Charlotte, who identified the exact colour and arranged a complimentary bottle of touch-up paint to be shipped to us. This arrived within 48 hours and has made an invisible repair. Well done Charlotte, that’s excellent service 👏

Kloeber

Superb sales and support team in the showroom, over the phone for technical queries and communication regarding installation. Really happy with the quality and look of the bifold doors and windows. Without a doubt 5 stars up until this point.
However, shocking installation by sub contractors which has left us with a catalogue of errors to resolve by an unresponsive, mostly unapologetic and unprofessional warranty team who took five months post installation, with scores of phones and emails from me to chase them up, to resolve the issues. All three doors had to be taken out and installed causing damage to finished plastering and decorating. Pitiful and embarrassing customer service, which even after months of chasing offered insulting compensation for the huge amount of inconvenience caused, and multiple calls to get replastering costs covered.
As if this wasn’t enough, five months after installation we have had to chase up again (never one call to get things sorted with Kloeber…) regarding issues with the paint work on the sills of two of the products. Possibly due to the initial poor installation, we have many latches that have rusted after just a few months. We had planned to replace other doors and windows with Kloeber products but now wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole and would encourage anyone considering buying to reconsider. Having had many replacement doors and windows from various companies, I am still in shock at the appalling service from Kloeber.

Reece and Alex were first class. They have undertaken an tricky installation of new windows in to an old building and the end look is exactly as I had envisaged it. They both worked in a professional diligent manner throughout the installation. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys who are a credit to the company and the best advert the company could have. I would have no hesitations in specifying Kloeber for phases 2 and 3 of my project especially if these 2 guys are involved as they have demonstrated an eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Well done guys....!

Kloeber designed and installed our 6m wide Uberslide doors for our renovation and did a phenomenal job. Toby in design and sales, Chloe in coordinating everything with our builders, David and the guys during the install. We also managed to lose the latch cover for the emergency manual door opening mechanism which Toby sorted out by replacing.

We were really happy with the whole process and working with Kloeber. The doors are absolutely beautiful installed and they continue to attract compliments from every visitor we have. You really do get what you pay for with these guys.

Tony, Matt and Sam have just finished installing my gable end glazing, Uberslide and Funky front door, on what is one of the most awkward build sites you could think of.
They turned up bang on time and spent 3 days doing brilliant job. They explained everything clearly, with lots of advice and guidance for my own parts of the job.
It was a welcome change to have the team just deal with all the difficulties and complete a faultless job.

Timber windows with paint flaking off, exposing the bare timber underneath after just one year. Kloeber's solution: fix it yourself. Good looking products but quality has massively declined since we bought our first Kloeber windows seven years ago.

We are absolutely disputing that "cracks are appearing". Kloeber have not sent anyone out to inspect the windows. The "cracks" are areas where the paint (all layers of it) is peeling off the window. On four windows, this peeling occurs ine actly the same place. That in our view is not a coincidence. The damage is not simply repaired by painting over. The peeiling paint needs to be removed, the area properly sanded down, cleaned, primer needs to be applied and the repainted. After less than two years and we have to go through all of this? We find that unacceptable. We absolutely were returning customers and have made three substantial purchases over the years. Looks like we have been massively lucky with the first two orders as "the quality is the same". If Kloeber insists that sending a little paint pot is doing enough then one star in my view is too much for the quality they now provide.
