We had a replacement window delivered by Connor from Kloeber. Connor called before delivery and arrived to the house when he said he would. He quickly sorted out an issue that arose, and was polite and friendly. He definitely went above and beyond, especially as he helped carry the window upstairs. A fantastic service. Brilliant Job Connor!

KLO93750 - Super high end product, looks and feels top quality. The installation team were excellent, very professional and knowledgeable.

Firstly, to be clear, the door and frame are first class and we are very pleased. However, having problems with a handle fitting we could not fit the outside door handle and therefore we couldn’t use the fitted door as you couldn’t close it when leaving. Having emailed the problem we were promised a replacement, but this was shortly followed by a query as to what was our full address? Well it was obviously the one the door was delivered to 🙄! I confirmed the address and then waited for delivery. I called five days later and then after some time was called back to be told that a courier hadn’t been arranged and as it was late afternoon on a Friday it wouldn’t be sent until Monday, oh and could I confirm the address! On the Monday I received an email basically telling me it was my fault they didn’t send it as I hadn’t told them my full address to which I responded look at your records as it’s all fully documented from the information I gave a week ago. For over a week we had been unable to use our £4k front door, which included an outrageous charge of £235 for delivery(!), but traipse around the garden to use the back door, nobody called from Kloeber to inform us the items were on their way or even to apologise for their lackadaisical approach to customer support! I suggest they get their act together and sort their systems out so that customers addresses are held on a company wide database.

Access, design, fitting, size, lifting... all challenges on our barn renovation.
So we trusted it all to Kloeber and I'm incredibly pleased and relieved we did. Knowing that they surveyed (including bringing out the specialist lifting team), planned, discussed and carefully considered everything gave us significant peace of mind.
The team (teams on the "big windows" day) were professional, friendly and kept us fully updated, ably managed by Dom and their quality of work was very high. So a big shout out and thank you to Dom and the team: Nathan, Alex, Tony, Sam and Matt.
But everyone involved in the project has been super, including Chris in Sales, Ben the Surveyor and Jaeger the chief cat wrangler.

We have just had 2 bifold doors and 3 windows installed in a new extension. We already had a Kloeber bifold from 5 years ago and were very happy with it. Consequently, we went with Kloeber again. The oak doors and windows are very well made and the fitting team of Rees, Alex and Zac did a great installation finished very neatly.

Just had our windows and doors installed by Kloeber. We're really happy with the install. Richard and Shay were professional and paid great attention to detail. They managed to work around any alignment issues we had with the existing openings, whilst explaining the process thoroughly. Would recommend.

Just like to acknowledge the efforts and expertise of Nick Fogg and the Kloeber range of windows. From the outset Nick helped us from our novice new build status to sounding knowledgeable about modern quality windows and features .

Very pleased with bi-fold doors. They open and close very smoothly, cannot fault the quality and finish. Good communication skills from Daniel and the Kloeber staff.The two fitters, Rees and Alex did an excellent job. They were courteous and helpful, couldn’t praise them enough. They took great care to ensure I was able to open and close the doors and left everywhere clean and tidy. They are an asset to the Kloeber workforce.

Christian and Tony were wonderful had 4 doors to change turned up on time really helpful with general advise and cleaned away all the mess.

We’ve enjoyed our Kloeber doors for a good few years and love them as much now as we did when they were installed. The after care is second to none and Toby Zimmermann has been brilliant…..Thank you!!

We had our Kloeber doors and windows (order KLO63987) installed over four years ago. It was the second largest single investment in our self-build (after the timber frame) and we chose Kloeber not just on product quality but because they installed their own products. This proved wise as we had an issue which was resolved, whereas with a third-party installer there would have been a lot of hassle and expense. The installation team were good ambassadors for the company and the aluminium bifolds, timber main door and aluminium/timber windows have been positively commented on by knowledgeable tradespeople. They are all in our chosen house colour, The doors still run smoothly and so far there have been no issues or signs of deterioration, which is why I have waited so long to provide a review of this major purchase. Further, we achieved an excellent air tightness figure (2.2). Note that we paid Kloeber to do a pre-manufacture survey, which picked up one or two things and was money well spent. In summary we made a well-researched choice and would make the same decision again.

Nice to meet Nick at the Grand Designs Exhibition he was so helpful as always updating us on their new glazing systems. We want to thank Toby too for giving excellent aftercare service when we had a problem with a door handle after 8 years. No conflict just reassurance and a replacement provided. Absolutely superb service and product. Can’t wait to build our next home and get more doors etc. thanks guys. Gary & Gill Wirral

We have just had our new Kloeber Funky Front solid oak door fitted and the service from start to finish has been absolutely amazing with the quality of the door being excellent. We started online, then the Huntingdon showroom, had a survey, lots of discussions in between and finally the fitting. The fitting team, Rees, Alex (who led the fitting) and Zac did a great job of removing our old door and perfectly fitting our new door. Their attention to detail and making sure that the new door was perfectly fitted was exceptional. They were always happy to answer our questions during the fitting and accommodated a few requests we had on the day. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole service and whoever we have spoken to at Kloeber for whatever reason has been truly professional, responsive and helpful. All along we have been made to feel like we have bought a premium product. Whoever has seen our new door has been impressed with the quality of it and the way it looks with some neighbours already asking us for Kloeber’s details. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kloeber for whoever is looking for a new front door with a real wow factor!

We had bifold doors, French doors and window fitted by Nathan and Don, very professional and experienced in their workman ship, highly recommend.

Dom and Nathan from Kloeber fitted our bifold doors today. They did an excellent job. The doors work beautifully.

Don’t need to do anything but quote my wife: “ Kloeber guys were brilliant btw if you get a chance to feedback please do! They did the hinge really quickly and I then remembered that some of the insulation tape was coming out of the sliding door and I’d pushed it back in but they glued that back and then - best thing ever - they took off the scrappy tape at the bottom of the slider with a pen knife!!” Rees and Alex - I think my wife may soon be divorcing me and proposing to you both. Thank you for being so helpful.

Excellent customer service from this company. Had a problem with the lock and fitters Reece and Alex fixed it in no time. Thanks guys.
