Easy to book however
Easy to book however, it stated meet up time only in terms of hours. I had to put 22:00 although flight landed at 22:25. I'm concerned they will not wait.

Do Not Use Klook for Hotels
Do Not Use Klook for Hotels – Direct Booking Is Safer and Cheaper
Klook operates with zero accountability and uncompetitive pricing. I booked a hotel room through their platform, only to discover that the hotel's official website offered the exact same room for the identical price, but with complimentary breakfast included for our group of six. Klook essentially charges the same rate for a significantly inferior package.
When I questioned this gap, their customer service completely stonewalled me. The front-line chat support was incredibly dismissive, actively refused to escalate the dispute to a senior manager, and tried to force me into accepting "Klook Cash" store credit instead of a real cash refund.
They use rigid corporate bureaucracy to exhaust customers until they give up. Save yourself the financial headache and the awful customer service—bypass this middleman entirely and always book directly with the vendors
Following this post, I followed up on the response Klook provided and received the same ChatGPT generated corporate response. Please do not fall for their trap! Do not book with them! Go to the vendor directly!!
