I have always had an interest in knives and started collecting folding knives last year, I have only dealt with the knife centre, the team is amazing, they know there products very well, are very professional and informative and have never let me down.

I loved the total transparency and honesty in the pricing and in-stock status! I also enjoyed the order entry screens that made it so easy to set up separate shipping and billing addresses.

I hope the knife is as slick as the website!

Company hacked again and does not inform customers other than on Facebook.
What about notifications to each and every customer as required by Law!

Holding one knife because the other isn’t in stock? Not the way I’d do business. I think I’ll take my $200/month habit elsewhere

Update: I quickly received a professional response. I still do not agree with this way of doing business; however, I respect that they took the time to explain their policy.
Nevertheless, my son’s birthday present will not arrive on time.
I have already and will continue use a different knife dealer going forward. ($422.94 purchase on your competitor’s website this morning) They choose not to prioritize $5 over customer satisfaction.
As a business owner, it seams silly to lose a profitable customer over a few bucks and a faulty policy.

After ordering over 20 knives from KC, I've become a KC maximalist. I only order from KC. They are the most responsible, friendly, and helpful bunch I've had the pleasure of purchasing knives from. They don't charge for pre-orders, they send you e-mail updates on items that you pre-ordered and haven't gotten any info on in a while, and they are VERY helpful if you need to return anything. 10/10 would recommend. Not knocking any other retailers, I just love the KC Orange.
