Thanks to Knife Center for their support and understanding when I impulsively ordered a MSC Knife on my iPhone and put the wrong one in my cart, I was able to cancel that one and get the right one only to realize it wasn’t the configuration that I wanted and called and canceled it…
Customer service was able to help me out and was very responsive to my request, I can’t believe how fast and professional the support was to correct my issue, thanks

I have been dealing with KnifeCenter for many years. They have always had a great inventory, competitive prices, prompt shipping. I have had no reason that I recall to contact them regarding customer service. The various knives I’ve purchased have been exactly as described and pictured. I recall ordering a knife long ago that was out of stock and they kept me informed and sent the knife to me when they received it. Everything is in my opinion top notch. For KnifeCenter’s marketing department: the double points promotion offered was the deciding factor for my most recent purchase. Keep up the good work!

Check out process is clunky. Gift card a pain to add and in my order it didn’t process the gift card.

I've done a lot of business with Knife Center, this was just the first time I was asked to share some feedback. I've had nothing but positive experiences. Fair prices, extremely fast processing and shipping, and very responsive customer service. Of all of my orders, I think I may have had a total of two knives that had to be exchanged for manufacturing defects, but Knife Center was fast and helpful with resolving those. I recently had an embarrassing failed payment due to technical problems with my bank, and Knife Center very generously worked with me while I got it resolved. Make sure to join their loyalty program; the benefits really pay off!

Easy to navigate website and even easier to place an order.

A week after ordering a 940-2 from the website I still had not received a shipping confirmation so I sent an email asking about my order. Two days without a response so I called. Turns out the knife I ordered was out of stock and on back order. It was clearly in stock on the website when I ordered it. What upsets me is no one reached out to try and fix the issue. They didn’t respond to emails and basically just swept me under the rug in hopes that I would not notice. Unless something drastic happens I will be purchasing my knives elsewhere.

I couldn’t use my rewards credit. I received a number, but not a code. The number was sufficient without the code. After I placed the order then I received an email with the code. You could have mentioned I should wait get the complete information from a email. Not a rewarding experience.

Love KnifeCenter.com and their YouTube videos. They have been the cause of my current addiction. Whether it’s a good thing or bad 🤔

I want to thank you for all your help. I have been doing some playing around with the order emails. I think when I am getting it, instead of an invoice I am getting a small orange “?” In the middle of the screen. So I tried to get into my profile on KnifeCenter.com and access the order this way. I am able to get a lot more information about my orders. Thanks again for all your help.

All good. Even though I was logged on I had to completely fill out name, address and etc. as if I wasn’t recognized. Ordering would have been quicker and smoother if my data were automatically inputted from my account and all I had to do was verify the details.

I worked with Rachel (Raych?). She was very helpful, which is expected, BUT she was calm, personable, inciteful, and made my first customer service experience with Knife Center a great one. Please order her chicken alfredo with additional parmesan on the side.

Knife center is the largest online knife retail store,they carry most top brand knives. I just made my third purchase. I am pleased with my choice, for less than twenty five dollars including shipping, I got an eight inch chefs knife from Kershaw. Right out of the package it was razor sharp and ready to go to work. I cut veggies for a salad, it slices tomatoes with ease. The belly of the blade is curved for a perfect rocking motion cutting technique. The handle is polypropylene which means it can't harbor bacteria like a wooden handle. It feels good in my hand, I have small hands, I just wish they would have added more texture for a more assuring grip especially if the handle gets wet. The blade is made of stainless steel and the spine is 1,2 mil a rather thin blade allowing it to cut with little resistance. So working long sessions in the kitchen won't tire your hands. It comes with a custom fit ribbed knife sheath to protect the blade while being stored. It is a great value, and welcome addition to my kitchen tools. I highly recommend the Kershaw brand, they make many of their knives in America, but they also outsource production to China, China is becoming a trusted knife making country that produces top quality knives.
The company Knife Center was established in 1995 and is very good with customer satisfaction.
