Received my first order

I just received my first order and i was delighted.The delivery didn’t take too long as i had expected.The items arrived in good condition and i really hope that KnifeCentre will replenish all the out of stock items.So i can make new orders.

My Issue Was Resolved.

UPDATED REVIEW: (8/21/24) I am leaving the original review as the second part of this message for context, but I am changing the title and star rating from 1 to 4 stars. One of the very nice and understanding Customer Service Managers (J) reached out to me in an email a few hours after my call on 8/20/24 and resolved the issue. They stopped the package from being shipped at the standard rate and overnighted my replacement to me. I received it in the mail today as promised and this time it arrived undamaged. That's all I wanted, just some understanding that I ordered this knife under the assumption that I would have it within a few days, and after more than a week, I was getting a little impatient... My faith in the company and its ability to resolve order issues is restored, and will once again feel comfortable shopping with them in the future. In fact I'm going to buy some Benchmade BlueLube for my new knife right now. This is how you create positive experiences and lifelong customers, not by getting stingy and denying someone expedited shipping.

ISSUE RESOLVED, READ THE FOLLOWING FOR CONTEXT:

I bought a knife on Monday, 8/12/24 and paid for faster shipping, 1-3 business days. It came damaged (8/15/24). I called customer support, who asked for pictures of the damaged item so they could process the return. When I emailed them the pictures, they emailed me back a return label and said that, "as soon as you drop off the item at USPS, we will ship out your replacement." Well that didn't happen.

I called again the next day to see why my replacement hadn't yet shipped, they said it would either ship that day, Friday 8/16/24, or the following Monday, the 19th. It didn't.

I call again today (8/20/24) to see again why my replacement is not already in my hands, and the woman who answered me said that they only send out replacements once they receive the original item, so SOMEONE lied to me to get me off the phone. She also told me that she would not overnight my replacement, even though at this point I've already waited 8 days for this knife that I paid to ship quickly, and also that they would be sending it via standard shipping. These people didn't even have the decency to use the same shipping speed that I originally paid for, let alone overnighting the replacement to me AS THEY SHOULD HAVE.

I will never buy from Knife Center again. As soon as my knife actually does get to me, whenever that is...I'll be deleting my account and recommending anyone I know against purchasing from them in the future. Absolutely disgraceful "customer service."

Protection against possible fraudulent charge - THANK YOU!

I placed an order that was billed to me, but shipped to another address as a birthday present. I was contacted to confirm that this was a legitimate order. This is very much appreciated as fraud is everywhere these days. I spoke with wonderful customer service reps that walked me through the confirmation process. If more companies did this kind of thing, fraudulent charges would certainly decrease. Thanks for your diligence on keeping your customers protected and informed.

Thank you for taking the time to review. I checked the sales for the item in question and it looks like another customer ordered the last piece less than one minute before your order was submitted. Our inventory levels on our site are essentially in real-time but because of the back-to-back orders, it incorrectly showed "In Stock" when you placed your order.

With that being said, we did have one become available and your order did ship within one business day. It's currently in transit and is expected to be delivered today or tomorrow. Please feel free reach out with any questions.

A communist company.

This company and their employees all are useless. They make a mistake on an expensive order and do nothing to fix it or help the costumer. Their costumer service agents are useless and provide no actual service to the costumer. This people are a bunch of hidden communist and I should know I’m from Cuba. They make a mistake and oops that’s it. You figure it out. Like I was told, “ Call UPS and see if they can hold the package for you” when it was their mistake of using a UPS store address from a USPS shipping. They don’t make it right what so ever. Don’t offer a refund, store credit, or a redelivery. Why? Because they are a bunch of communists who don’t care for the costumers and they are always right their mistake the costumer has to pay for it.

Civivi Primitrox

This is my 2nd Civivi Primitrox. Love the beauty of the wood scaled model, but prefer the grip of the black scaled. Both are exceptional knives. Light, balanced, quick. Knifecenter offers great prices and quick delivery.

LETS SEE THEM TRY TO DEFEND THIS.
ALAS ALAS: I am so disappointed in Knifecenter.
I live in Ireland and have been a very regular customer for well over 15 years, SPENT MANY MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THEM ON US MADE KNIVES and never had any real problems. I ordered 2 identical knives this time for just over 100 bucks each. Only one was in the box when it arrived here. They say they checked and they definitely shipped 2 so thats it ,tough luck they are not doing anything for me.
No investigation with UPS, postal companies or doing a single thing to recover my knife. They seem to think that I have suddenly become dishonest after 20 years of being totally honest. or else maybe they think something happened WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE over here in Ireland to cause this. They just said we can't help you in any way.
Almost 20 years of loyalty just thrown away, European sellers dont do stuff like this. I'm so disappointed that I have decided to give up COLLECTING US Knives.
I wasn't looking for a refund, all I wanted was to get the 2 Knives, I ordered and paid for.
In any case it's bad for your long term business to betray a customer over a 100 bucks when he has spent many many thousands of dollars over 2 decades.
AVOID KNIFECENTER AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT LIVE IN USA. THEY DONT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT THEIR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.
IF THEY COME TO THEIR SENSES, I WILL OF COURSE REMOVE THE CRITICISM IN THIS REVIEW. IF NOT, I ASK KNIFECENTER TO PLEASE DELETE MY ACCOUNT. ALAS, EVEN IF YOU FORGET ABOUT ME KNIFECENTER, DONT DAMAGE THE U.S. KNIFE COMMUNITY THAT I LOVE TO FOLLOW.

I love your Knives and the Gift Cards, but Shipping is TOO HIGH!…

I love your Knives and the Gift Cards that I can earn. However, WHY is postage so much? I am in NO hurry to get my knife. Isn't there a cheaper rate? This last folding knife I paid over $12!! One of the reasons that I use Amazon is that I get FREE shipping! Knife Center needs to find cheaper shipping. Thanks

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered the knife knowing it was out of stock and I kept waiting and just recently decided to try to cancel the order or change it. I emailed them and within a day they got back to me and I changed my order and they fixed it within five minutes
I will definitely be ordering from Knife Center again!
