Per our international shipping policy, the customer assumes all risk and liability when purchasing from us as all packages are subject to customs clearance. We also have it listed in the checkout page where customers need to check to acknowledge that they're over 18 and agree to our Terms and Conditions. This is what it states:

Things have changed in a sad way.

I have been purchasing with them for years (over $30k) and things have changed it a sad way. "All in stock orders placed before 3pm usually ship same day or next business day/1-2 days". I placed an order early Monday morning for an important gift for Sat (only takes 3 days to arrive once shipped) and when I called Weds due to no ship confirmation sent they said I would have to pay expedited shipping. I couldn't believe they would not simply ship it expedited since they did not ship it within 2 days as they advertise. I no longer recommend them to anyone and will be using the other distributors for purchases.

They state order ships in 1-2 business…

They state order ships in 1-2 business days. We are entering business day four and no shipping information. I even paid for express shipping to receive it in a timely manner, but if they are slow to ship, what’s the use. Plus, a person can’t check a status unless you set up an account. If I wanted to do that, I would have done it when ordering. Now, I especially don’t want to set up an account.

Knife Center Customer Service

I must let anyone who does not already deal with the Knife Center they should on this alone. I was going to buy a OTF knife from one of their competitors. Problem with the other place (BL) that all I am saying who it was. I could not get through to them on phone. So I called the Knife Center about my questions. I was not sure which one to buy out of the three companies who make OTF knives. I had dealt with two people from the Knife Center Customer Service Dept. One person a guy on Friday April 19th and the other Janie on April 22 and they are both GREAT. The person I had talk to on Friday about buying a OTF was on the money. Both customer Service team members are very knowledgeable. I told both of them what I was going to use it for. I did call back different day because I did not know which blade I wanted on Friday. Janie answered more of my question on the blades and some other question. I thought about over the weekend. They both gave me their honest and best opinion on all three OTF’s what they liked and what they did not. The only problem was they did not have the color I wanted.The Knife Center answered the phone ASAP twice (BLA) did not pick up the phone or get back to me in a email also. BUT because of these two Knife Center reps I will buy the OTF from Knife Center, even though it is not the color I want. I can't stand to wait on the phone for over 10 min. and email cs from the other company Knife Centers has got my business and all future business.

KnifeCenter getting it done correctly

I have been dealing with KnifeCenter for many years. The reason for that is simple, they get the order right, it gets shipped quickly, the items I am looking for are easy to find and the prices are reasonable. As a customer, I can not ask for mor than that.

They have it all

Looking for parts for a Swiss army knife cyber tool corporate gift I found in a second hand/ antique store. Other places had this or that but knife center had all I needed to get it complete.
I would like if they could put pictures of the spare parts next to a knife they may belong with just to get a perspective size.

Excellent Customer Service

I can't count the number of website's where I click the contact us button, write a small question and then never hear a peep.

I emailed a question on a Thursday evening and had an incredibly helpful response Friday morning.

Made me not only a fan of the company but a first time buyer as well.

PS - The RoseCraft Blades Aeris Rex is a really nice flipper knife. Really enjoy the heft it has. As a southpaw, I also fully appreciate the ambidextrous clip holes.

The Knife Center is on the APEX of Customer Satisfaction.

Over the years, I have dealt with and purchased from Knife companies. There is none I have experienced that is so locked into customer service and making sure your purchase is everything you want it to be; these guys are a GO-TO for any knife needs, not to mention their YouTube Content is outstanding and informative. They are a true benefit to the knife Community on so many levels.

Awesome company, costumer is #1!

Found the best price on a kershaw Launch 15 at KC I had been eyeing for awhile. After purchasing i saw that the price had dropped even more. I emailed KC and asked for the latest sale price. They responded immediately and refunded me the price difference. Great experience, they really value the customer!

I had a small issue paying with an…

I had a small issue paying with an international card and wanted to order two items. They were very helpful over the phone in solving the issue. Unlike many companies these days KnifeCenter was available to speak to me over the phone, which made things much faster.

Super fast worldwide shipping

I have ordered a knife from USA to France. I placed an order Sunday night and Friday morning (in 5 days!!!!!!!!!) i already received it! The service is super fast, i am happy! Recommend this store to everyone. If you want to keep away from stress and save your time - this option is for you.
