I purchased a Spyderco Harpy plainedge from them and I’m happy to report the product is as advertised, arrived in a timely manner and their customer serivce was very helpful and quick. I’ll definitely be returning to this site.

Packaging : 5 stars
Shipment : Fedex 3 stars ( loose on delivery schedule and tracking vs Amazon)
Products : 2.5 stars. One of 2 Ibberson Knives for gifts arrived rusted ( marlin spike on Ibberson knife). The more expensive one,
unfortunately. Lack product check before shipment apparently.

I would like to stress that due to a Fedex delivery delay by half a day I had to take a another day off. It was menant to be delivered by 10.00 pm local time and arrived at 12.30 pm the next day.

Shipment reception was stated as not to be signed by recipient proved wrong. FedEx is a major international corporation on par with Amazon and the like.

Second, a trusted product inspection before shipment would have avoided any further hassle with the customer service. Time is money.

Yet, the boxes and product warranties were included. But I suppose a stainless steel product should not be shipped with rust Stains if thoroughly inspected before shipment to customer.As previously stated one of the two items was perfect.
I personally own a couple of Ibberson Knives for sailing and none showed deficiencies prior to purchase.
I hope my review will help improve quality of service to top notch from start to finish, despite other reviews beeing highly positive which prompted me to buy at knife park altogether. Italy is such q great country not only for sailing.

I am very happy with the product but unfortunately I am struggling to open the lid as it is very have and when is hot it gets more difficult. Please can you suggest something to make my life more easier?

Only compliments! My ordered item arrived by Fedex from who I received a daily update when to expect the delivery, which was very fast. The ordered item was well packed, protected to the uttermost and in a nice firm cardboard box. I recommend this seller to everyone. Nice extra point: The brand new tobacco pipe I ordered (they generally sell knives) was 30 euros cheaper than the best seller in Germany and included shipping for all EU countries.

Fantastic service, FedEx can charge some brutal costs on delivery out of no where but the store itself is amazing and the communication is nothing but friendly and professional.
