Item purchased Rattray Carnyx smoking pipe grey.
This pipe proved very hard to source and was pleased to locate the pipe on this sellers site, clearly based in Italy.
After reading reviews I decided to purchase.
The pipe I received was exactly as described in the very elusive colour finish I desired, the pipe, priced in euros, was more or less the equivalent as if purchased in the UK.
The order was made and dispatched the following working day as advised by email.
The carrier was FedEx.
Arriving as scheduled and in perfect condition I can only say I am extremely satisfied with the service received.
Reviewing my own experience I can recommend the the site and restate my 5 star rating.
The comparative value for money to the UK is very good and can inform any readers of this review that my preferred method of payment used was PayPal.
In conclusion I would have no hesitation in ordering items from this seller in the future, should the need arise.

The costs of returning a product are refunded if the return is due to a manufacturing defect of the item or because the item sent was wrong.
