One of the best.
Amazing prices, fast shipping, good packaging, fast communication.
No problems with returns, I've returned a few knives due to QC issues and it was always resorted within a week, no questions asked.

Dishonest, law-breaking company
After I've sent back a brand new item, they refused to issue a refund, because their courier broke the outer packaging, while the item arrived in perfect condition.
This conduct is not just unethical, but also against the law.
Don't order from them, don't let them steal from you! The prices are great, but as soon as something goes wrong, they break the law, they lie and they rip you off.
