I recently purchased a new Canon DSLR. Easy to search their Web site. Very competitively priced, prompt despatch. I had to return it due to a fault (process was very straightforward) and they sent me a replacement by return of post. Excellent

Needed some mirrorless lenses for my R5 camera for my holiday. After looking around online Pro-Camera came in at the best price. I can recommend Pro-Camera for great prices and excellent service. The lenses arrived the next day extremely well packed. Cannot fault them. Would highly recommend Pro-Camera to others.

I wanted to order a camera that was advertised as Next Day delivery. I emailed on Monday to ask if they had one in stock and could delivery by Thursday, which is when I needed it by. They emailed back to say they had one in stock, and a minute later I had replied to say I would buy it (asking them to email if any issues), and 5 mins after that I'd checked out.

I emailed to ask for a tracking number. I was told it would be delivered on Friday. I said this was likely too late, and they said that they'd escalate this to their shipping manager. It's now Wednesday. I asked when I'd get a tracking number, and was told that I'd get a tracking number next Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

This is too late for me, and I now don't trust any date they give. I have asked for a refund, but am skeptical about whether it will be processed any time soon. Luckily I paid via credit card so have Section 75 protection.

[EDIT 1: The company says it has refunded me (waiting to see it in my account) but has called and emailed to ask if I'll remove this review. I am inclined not to, because it accords with other experiences that I'd been worried about before ordering and I wouldn't have ordered had I known I'd have this experience.]

ordered canon 24-105 f4 lens, promised next day but lost by DPD and delivered a day later. Assumed this to be a brand new lens but came in white box and opened packaging. Lens cap faulty despite 2 telephone messages and now 4 emails cannot get a reply. Have contacted credit card bank to reclaim payment as within 14 days of online purchase. So disappointed with what I thought was a genuine trusted seller.

Tamron Nikon 15-30 G2 2.8 lens

Recently I ordered the above lens from the seller. Beforehand I asked if they have it in stock and after the confirmation I placed an order and within 2 days it was delivered. I would definitely recommend them. Great prices and quick delivery.

A Tamron 28-300mm lens that I bought from Pro-Camera three and a half years ago with a 5-year Warranty developed a focusing problem so I contacted them for help. They asked me to check a lot of things that I had already done myself. I suggested many times that I believed that it was something internal and a bit more serious with the lens and it would have to go to Tamron for further investigation. They suggested sending the lens to Pro-Camera for a clean and it may solve the problem. Many times I suggested that the lens needed to go to Tamron for investigation but they continued to avoid doing it. They said that Tamron had a waiting time of approximately 8-12 weeks for repairs and I needed my lens for a holiday. I had dealt with a Tamron repair before on another lens so I sent my lens off to "Fixation" who are the main Tamron UK representatives for repairs. My lens was examined, repaired and on it's way back to me in just over 1 week! I have since asked Pro-Camera if they would honour the 5-Year Warranty and cover my cost but they have said that I should have sent my lens to them so they are not. I believe that Pro-Camera don't know who repairs Tamron lenses or possibly any lens as they don't do repairs just selling. Just to let everyone know and I told Pro-Camera this, I paid for this repair myself, the fault was identified as a focusing failure and it would have been a valid warranty repair. Pro-Camera said that I should have done this through them but I would have been here this time next year, still arguing with Pro-Camera if I hadn't done it myself. They were doing their utmost to avoid honouring my 5-Year Warranty and lens repair and I am just glad that I have got it repaired by a company that knows what they are doing and not Pro-Camera. Avoid them is my advice as when things go wrong they will do more "ducking and diving" than Tom Daley.

First class service. Needed some advice on buying some camera equipment before committing to a purchase. Pro-Camera offered excellent advice about the new mirrorless cameras and the best lenses to buy within my budget. Once purchased delivery was made next day by DPD. Couldn’t have been happier with the customer service and fast delivery. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back again for my next purchase.

I ordered from this company because it said it was next day delivery and the reviews said good customer service. Sadly neither of these are true, I don’t know how the reviewer was able to say customer service was very helpful since I can find no way of contacting them -or even that they exist - on the website. The phone number takes you to a call centre answer phone - no response from them when I left a message. The only means of contact is to email the sales team, they did reply quickly but have only been able to tell me the camera is out for delivery and did not answer any of my questions.
I am still waiting for an order worth £500. I can only assume the good reviews on here are from people who struck lucky or are false. Please do not use this company.

As an update, I still have not received this camera, when I email they just keep changing the delivery date and are refusing to refund me, I am now going to have to use the visa recharge scheme to get my money back. Cannot stress how much I do not recommend this company!

I purchased a canon camera from this company using Pay Pal a little odd because the payment from the link was made to a company called Middleton Hill Ltd which is at the same address
When the camera arrived it was in a damaged box with a serial number that was different to the one on the bottom of the camera when I asked Canon they said the number on the camera was fake they checked the camera serial for me which was different from the other 2 and told me it wasn’t a uk import This site sells grey goods but with the help of pay pal the product was returned and I got my money back

Straightforward ordering. Good price. Speedy delivery (one day as advertised). Product well packaged. Faultless buying experience.

I ordered the Canon EL-1 flash which pro camera said they had in stock on their website. One day delivery (apparently) After 10 days with no delivery I emailed their ‘customer support’ - got a response from Phil saying my delivery would be with me the following Friday (with no apology) - the following Friday rolls round, with no delivery. To which, when I emailed again, he said it’d be with me ‘next week’…after asking for a tracking number and whether it would be sent to me, I got no response. Another week comes round and I question why, on the website, it says next day delivery and nearly 3 weeks later I STILL don’t have my order, he just replies that they don’t have it in stock and offers a refund. To which I accept, and ask when the money will return to my account (as I’ll need it to purchase the flash elsewhere) He replies, ‘you’ll see it when it comes back into your bank account’. The refund came through 3 days later - but overall I lost a month on this website without my purchased item - after all they took my money in the first place and never sent me the item. BUYERS BEWARE - Don’t purchase anything from this website. An absolute joke with terrible customer service. I never write reviews but have found myself compelled to do so from such a terrible experience. I look forward to their reply and how they try and excuse theirselves for such awful service.

Excellent service from Pro-camera. Needed a camera to take professional photos of my air BnB business and found Pro-Camera’s service to be top notch. The Canon EOS R7 kit I bought takes fantastic photos a d shows off my property perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Not good, was promised a next day delivery, which was time critical. After a lot of messaging was told the camera would take a week to come. No refund, taking to a CC Dispute. I would avoid at all costs
