Our promise is next day delivery on orders placed before 4pm, and this is achieved in the vast majority of cases. Unfortunately, in your case there was a delay which should have been communicated more clearly. When a delivery does not arrive on time, we always offer customers a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We apologise that your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe and regret the frustration this caused. We have since strengthened our processes to ensure customers are updated promptly whenever courier or stock delays occur.

Delivery Commitment: Our website clearly states next day delivery on orders placed before 4pm. In the vast majority of cases this is met. In this instance, we regret that delivery was not within the timeframe you required.

Cancellation Requests: We do accept cancellation requests if received before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be intercepted. We apologise if our communication did not make this clear at the time.

Refunds: Where an order is delivered later than required or is unwanted, we always offer a full refund upon return of the goods. That option was available here and remains standard practice under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We regret that our communication left you dissatisfied. Next Day Camera is a genuine UK retailer — we do not “lie” or “scam” our customers. We will continue to improve our processes so that if a delivery cannot meet a customer’s deadline, cancellation or refund is handled more swiftly.
