We highly recommend Charlotte at Knights. She was highly professional, excellent with communication and was extremely thorough in what was a complex house sale and very difficult to navigate. Our situation was so unique, she also helped us to get us in contact with other collegues who have been invaluable to our case. Charlotte was an amazing support and we cannot thank her enough for the time and energy she has given us.

The level of professional service given to me by both Hannah and Louise (especially Louise) was of the highest standard possible (and i am from a professional services background).
Even third parties acting on my behalf associated with the transaction commented on their efficiency and speed of response.

My now wife used Knights in Sheffield for our pre nup. The initial quotation was for between £900 to £1400, well to our astonishment we ended being charged £4800 an increase of 533% over the lowest quote we were given. At no point was my wife told that she had exceeded the £1400. The whole process was more like going through a divorce. The final part of their invoice came the week we got married which caused a major rift between us both. I had a couple of questions regarding the invoice but the solicitor wouldn’t answer me as I wasn’t her client , this despite the fact my now wife had given the solicitor her permission to speak to me as her agent. Our questions still remain unanswered despite having paid Knights invoice in full. I would strongly advise against using Knights to provide a pre-nup service unless you are well prepared to accept what feels like extortion

Many thanks for your response , however whilst you state that you have responded to my wife, my wife has responded to yourself requesting that you answer the two questions that I had raised. Yet neither my wife or myself as her agent has received a response to the questions raised.

Manpreet Saggu from the Solihull office aided me with my ;ate parent's house. Initially it was to sell it as executors of the wills, but as time passed, and circumstances changed, I decided to move in. This prompted a change to Manny aiding me the Assent instead.
It's not been the easiest journey and his steady patience has stood testimony to how good I believe he is at his job. I believe he carried out due diligence at all times, and the transfer was eventually a smooth one.

we chose to go to knight to complete a flat purchase after a horrific experience with our previous solicitor everyone has been very helpful, kind and gave a service to meet our exacting needs and i appreciate that we were not easy clients they did however go above and beyond to meet our needs

We had a great experience using Knights for the sale and purchase of property, we were kept up to date with all parts of the process. They responded to any questions etc very promptly, if not the same day then the next.

Joanne Robinson helped us through a lengthy and very stressful year of trying to sell our home and buy another and I was so grateful to have her support and knowledge. She flagged an extremely concerning financial situation on a new build we were in the process of purchasing, that the other side's solicitors had tried to hide and evade asking questions on and helped us when we did finally find the right place to get the process done so quickly saving us a lot of money in other areas of the process. She always had our best interests at heart, was always happy to explain things we didn't understand and was endlessly patient and upbeat. We are now in a wonderful home and so happy to be here. I couldn't recommend her more.

We originally appointed Angela Arnold at Rix & Kay [who were subsequently taken over by Knights] to assist with the sale of our house. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. Angela and her Team; particularly the Paralegal Charles Hincks, offered an exemplary service. They came recommended to us for a prenup. My wife's solicitor drew up the document and did all the leg work. I got advice that felt like it was a divorce settlement, not a prenup. They won't give a ballpark figure for work, although this was straightforward stuff and my bill came out £1500 dearer than my wife's ! It's a PLC so I suppose that's all you need to know. A solicitors office is something you should be able to trust and feel confident with. This feels like a money making machine first and foremost. I couldn't recommend them to anyone I know.
*Note my concerns were not addressed, a senior partner wrote to me and said basically all the solicitor had done was within their t & c's. No intention of reducing the invoice, hence my review to warn others of the situation I found myself in*
