Continues uploading 1 star review of items. With photos. Company keeps deleting. You can tell there are fake reviews on the website. All of them have bad grammar. They must think we’re dumb. At this point I’m disputing my entire charge with them. All the clothes are terrible. And they attempt to fool you with their fake reviews. Shut this company down.

Wouldn't order here again. The sales rep Fiona was nice. Though she doesn't answer questions that offer critical feedback of the items. They always tell you follow the size charts. But according to their size charts they are still off. I've ordered a size 28 inch waist pants which fit. But the size 30 inch waist pants do not fit. How does that make sense. I've left real reviews as the sites reviews just scream fake. My 1 star reviews ALL seem to get deleted while my 5 star reviews stayed. My reviews had pictures and everything. I advised Fiona my 1 star reviews got deleted and left more 1 star reviews. Just another cheap overseas shop with bad quality clothing. Shut them down.

I want to thank everyone for their review of this company. I was just about to place an order until I read the reviews and the responses from the company customer service department. In every response from the CS department was a flat out refusal to take accountability for their error.
Just as @Roselecup XXX stated. The CS department has the same cookie response to everyone. "if it's a size mistake it's usually because the customer misread the sizing" It was ALWAYS the customers fault! Not likely!
It's a blatant disrespectful and disregarding response to someone who spent their hard earned money on an item(s) that was less than, or not at all what was advertised and described! And to say at EVERY turn that it's the customers fault! Not cool!
Thank you to everyone that submitted their review! I will not be ordering from this company EVER! I'm all set!

Greetings. Your items look very tempting to purchase. However, on behalf of experienced customrs, I have read more negative reviews about your company practices than its positives. Mainly, it appears, in your responses to negative reviews you never take responsibility, constantly revealing "the customer didn't read the details thoroughly". That's demeaning and a slap in the face. Especially, since you're one of the many online companies they chose to patronize. In my opinion, I assume you feel that many global, and U.S. customers lack comprehensive reading abilities and you've assured yourselves that the discreptive details you've provided for your items and S&H, are all accurate! Get a clue, your company is not going to be without fault either. Most established and long-time businesses get it. You should too. So, guess what? It's called human error!

When the items I ordered were out of stock I got a personal email informing me of it. The items that I ordered in exchange for them came in a timely fashion. I tried on my outfits once I recieved them and they fit perfectly.

Bad experience with customer service. They were working with me in my report of receiving the wrong size shorts then they stop responding to me via email, and now I'm stuck with shorts that I cannot fit. I ordered a medium and received a size XL.

Extremely unreliable - you pay shipment to receive AND return. Still waiting on an order from a month ago and attempting to track using information provided by customer service goes nowhere (errors out), for the love of all things sane, why should there be multiple communication from the customer on an order status? and let's not begin to speak to the sizes - shoes and clothing alike. Bottom line, if you have an event and need an outfit even a month out, this is NOT your go to, if you have to make a return, you CAN'T because return cost does not make sense - you don't get a full refund having paid for the return out of pocket and it'll cost more than the COG! 1 - rating for the styles published. They need to do better on their ARO especially because payment is immediate.
