A really beautiful device, light, compact and easy to use. The color is not as vibrant as i thought but I don't have a problem with that. After a week of use I have no complaints.

Awesome product
Light and compact, I enjoy reading from the Kobo Clara. I also have a Kindle Paperwhite and the Kobo is lighter, but the screen display on the Paperwhite is better. I love them both but the Kobo has access to Overdrive (Libby) for free books from the local library.
Incredibly disappointing. I was very keen to use this product but from the day I got it, I have had to restart multiple times a day, sometimes even in one reading session. The battery life is also disappointing.
Nice to see display on front page showing mid it is in and how much time left. Large title page and some colour though that could be better . Longer battery life also good.
This is my 3rd Kobo, the addition of colour and new location of the power button are excellent improvements. The ability to read books from many sources is great. I would like to see the current time and actual screen page numbers available as a view option.
Love the automatic orange back lighting in dark situations.
Love it love it love it
The device is amazing, good brightness, good battery, love being able to add my own books via calibre without needing to jailbreak or something, works like a charm, would buy again.
This is my third Kobo ereader and I love the colour option.
I purchased the Clara colour because KOBO is a more ethical choice than Kindle. I didn't spend any time using it with a normal KOBO subscription for reading novels from their library. Instead, I bought it for reading my own saved PDFs for study requirements. It was easy to load the PDFs by plugging it into the laptop. But, it was extremely hard to catalogue the titles into organised categories. I had to download Calibre as a cataloguing app, which was very complicated and over the top for what I wanted to do. I finally gave up on cataloguing all the PDFs. The PDF size was visually too small to read on the screen. Pinching to zoom in and out across each sentence line. Also, I couldn't use the highlighter tool on my PDFs. I think they need to be an EPUB which would require reformatting. Then, I realised I couldn't access books from my University library which were specific to the academic field of study. So, this product was completely useless for what I needed it for. I would repurchase it if I were going to use it for reading books from the KOBO library. However, I don't read novels that fast or regularly, I don't find it that affordable to purchase ebooks, I couldn't find all the books I was interested in, and I actually like to keep and share the physical books that I read.
Absolutely worth it.
I love the Kobo Clara Colour so much more than my old Kindle. It's so much easier to use, the ability to change the backlighting is awesome, and I'm finally free from Amazon!
Love read on my kobo
Highly recommend the Clara Colour.
Great e-reader and love the color aspect of the display.
easy to use, I like that it connects to libby but the syncing can be a little slow, and also returning books can take a while ( I didn't mind that at all). Battery life is great. Typing can be slow and also hard to delete words that you have written a while back. (I always just delete the whole sentence and rewrite again. Good alternatives to kindle.
I love my new Kobo!
Easy to use, affordable, and convenient. So much better than other eReaders I have used, and the selection of books and audiobooks is also fantastic. The Kobo Clara Color is also the most light-weight reader I have used, even lighter than my phone, which is also convenient!
On the expensive side but worth it for avoiding the main competitor. Love the new colours. Very light weight. New case system works well as a stand and to hold the e-reader.
