I sent my Huawei GT6 watch on March 3rd, almost six weeks ago, and I still haven't received a clear answer or a solution to the problem I identified during my swim training. Since I bought the watch online and also paid for an extended warranty, I expected more efficient and attentive service. Furthermore, I'm concerned that, after the long shipping time (approximately three weeks), the evaluation seems incomplete. This makes me doubt whether the company has the experience and diagnostic tools necessary to properly assess the product. I'm very disappointed and will never buy anything from this store again.

Worst customer service ever. They claim my item was "collected". It wasn't collected or delivered. There's no number to call, and they refuse to call you saying outbound calls are not possible. Their third party seller One Shop is even worse. I'll be going to the ombudsman, they take days to respond to emails then reply with a generic email that doesn't address the problem. Then they tell me they had the wrong address (which they don't, they have the correct address), then want to charge me the delivery fee again!?
Horrible horrible experience, don't buy from Kogan. Not worth the headache

My experience was great with Kogan and it’s been easy to order from them for quite a few years now. The only issue I had was only being able to buy 1 powerbank when I really needed 2, one for me and one for my son.

I purchased a Kogan esim believing that it will hold up to the same standard with other brands, which you have failed to do so. With other brands, when I buy a new phone I can just directly port it from your old phone. With Kogan, I’m not only have to buy a new Esim but also have to call to reconnect. Can’t do it online at all! Which surprisingly isn’t the worst part. The worst part is that the call centre does not work 24/7! Not everyone has the privilege of having two phones at the same time, which I’m not part of. I had to erased my original phone and gave it away immediately and couldn’t wait to the next working day. Somehow, when I searched on Google, the AI section at the top said I need to erase my old Esim for it to work. Which was what I did, and I have to regardless. So, it’s my 4th day with absolutely no mobile service and had submitted 3 ID verification with little to no support.
And when the verification process completed, they asked you to BUY a THIRD esim!
If you want to submit a complaint to Kogan Mobile? Forget it! Wanna call? The people at the call centre has absolutely no power or control to be able to help. Wanna email? There is no email address. Wanna submit a complaint on the website? It makes me fills in tons of details related to Kogan Internet service that I don’t have. It is impossible to submit an enquiry without those details, despite that I have chose I have a problem with Kogan Mobile not Kogan Internet.

Ordered a Garmin watch through the Kogan Marketplace/Kogan.com on 16 March. Got a shipping confirmation, a tracking number that never activated, and the item never showed up. Pretty straightforward non-delivery, right?
When I contacted them for a refund, instead of just processing it, they told me I need to wait for their third-party seller "Gad Hub" to handle it. A seller I had no idea I was even buying from — the entire checkout, branding, and payment was through Kogan.
It's been over a month now. No watch, no refund, just endless back-and-forth. I've had to lodge a chargeback through my bank and a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
The real issue here isn't just a lost parcel — it's that Kogan happily takes your money under their brand, but the moment something goes wrong, suddenly it's not their responsibility. If you're going to operate a marketplace, own the customer experience. Don't hide behind sub-suppliers your customers never agreed to deal with.
Would not buy from them again.

I Ordered a Kogan Freezer cost including delivery was $300.98 dispatch was to be within 7 days, then received an email that due to circumstances beyond their control delivery would be over 3 months later. They offered me a refund to be paid via the original purchase method ,in this case Paypal, after waiting more than their required 5 business days to receive it, nothing arrived, despite them saying that the refund had been processed. I contacted Paypal who confirmed that nothing was credited to their account and if it had been credited the transaction would have been virtually instantaneous. I have since opened a case with Paypal and have copied all Kogan's emails as evidence.
Don't buy from this company if you want to remain sane!!
