12-30-25 NO PRODUCT, NO KHOL CASH, NO RESPONSE FROM SUPERVISER: LOST MONEY LOST TIME
UPDATE 1-12-26. FIRST AND LAST TIME SHOPPING AT KHOLS:

My experience took 1hr and 46minutes of exasperating useless on line with customer service.
Twice i provided all info, n placed an order and provided my Khol Cash reward. The secure line for providing my credit card info was done twice.
Returned to customer service and was told my three digit code was not correct.
I just completed a transaction with another company and purchased a $395 vacuum cleaner with my card. NO PROBLEM.
The khols on line associate requested i placed the order a third time I refused after this fiasco.
Demanded a supervisor who was useless and did nothing and REFUSED TO EXTEND MY KHOLS CASH OR PROVIDE A NEW ONE TO SHOP AT THEIR STORE DESPITE WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME AND LOSS OF KHOL CASH. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. HORRIBLE SERVICE,.LOSS OF 2.5 HOURS OF MY TIME AND MY KHOL CASH.

I purchased a gate with a $50 gift…

I purchased a gate with a $50 gift card. They intercepted the delivery because entered the wrong shipping address. It’s been almost 2 mos and 6 phone calls, I still haven’t received a refunded gift card. Everytime I call they tell me 7-14 days. I even tried to get help at a store and they gave me the same customer service number I already have. Still nothing. I’m canceling my account and credit card after 20 years

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I spent 55 minutes on the phone, and this was my fifth time contacting Kohl’s about the same unresolved issue. The rep Abbey couldn’t help and transferred me to supervisor Lew, who was completely unprofessional and disconnected the call without resolving anything.

Hanging up on a customer after nearly an hour—especially after multiple prior calls—is unacceptable. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and a huge waste of time. Kohl’s customer support clearly does not value its customers. Very disappointed and reconsidering shopping here.

Fraud !!!

Was online shopping for last minute Christmas gifts . Saw something they had in store available for pick up . I ordered it . Never got the email saying it was ready to pick up . It turns out they no longer had in stock . They then said it would be available by the 24th . Christmas Eve came and it was not available. I requested to cancel the order and they flatly refused . They said they never under any circumstances cancel orders . Even though they told me it was in stock and available, and had no idea when I would be able to get it .. they said they simply will not refund money . So now I am at a point where they are keeping my money , $138, until the manufacturer sends them a new shipment . No ETA . Talked to a supervisor and they could care less

Poor Customer Service

Not necessarily this particular store but…I bought a ring for my daughter and needed to exchange the size. Since it was an online order and the item is not in stores, I have to return it and reorder the correct size. The ring is no longer on sale and is now $70 more. Customer service did nothing to help and refused to exchange it. Any other store would have done an even exchange for the same item.

Placed order for kohls gift card on…

Placed order for kohls gift card on 12/14. On 12/24, card was not received. Called CS and was told it needed to be verified. A lot of good it did one day before Christmas. Maybe get some Americans to do the call center. Will not be using Kohls again.

I was Tricked on My Order!

I made an online order on Kohls website on December 15, 2025, for $31.78. My order remained in fulfillment through December 21st, so I had an online chat with a Kohls representative on December 21st, expressing my dissatisfaction with the slow order. On December 22nd, at 3:58 p.m. I received an email saying my order was "ready for pickup". Also on December 22nd, a $31.78 credit appeared in my bank account. I picked the order up on December 23rd, which I found to be cheaply-made. I later learned on December 24th, Kohls had deducted $31.78 from my bank account! This is a bait-and-switch transaction! I will be returning the items for a refund, and will never shop at Kohls again!

Customer Service Nightmare

I placed an online order for a Versa Fitbit. On the day I was to go pick it up, my app said it had already been picked up. I understand the online order bins at the store are a great idea UNTIL someone picks up your package. No one at the store is going to think anything if it. THEN, trying to reconcile with Kohls is extremely difficult. The dispute department asked me if I took notes when I called customer service to report this issue. No?! Even if I did, how valid would my notes be to refund the order I never picked up. Finally, after uploading a ridiculous amount of documentation, I was awarded my claim. I promptly cancelled my card and will never walk in a Kohls store again.

Customer Service is the missing element…

Customer Service is the missing element with Kohl's. Investment needs to be in Customer retention building, especially with vendors like Temu and Amazon. I ordered 2 items before the holidays and the items never arrived. I immediately informed Kohl's after checking with the post office twice. They responded after I wrote a negative review. Only to inform me that the review was not posted because it was not approved. Wow. No one responded to indicate whether they were retracting the lost items. Just unprofessional.

I placed an order on 12-02-25

I placed an order on 12-02-25. Item was in stock and in state. I received notice same day it was ready to ship and awaiting pick-up. From that point on there were no updates or tracking available. After 2 weeks I used chat online and was told to wait 6 days. After 6 days I called and the automated system said it had shipped. I waited a week no package. I finally managed to talk to a person yesterday. After much searching he informed me they had no record of my order. I opted for the refund offered, we will see if it takes place. This was for Christmas and so 2 days before Christmas I had to race out to look for a replacement. Bad experience from start to finish. I wouldn't have given any stars if that option was available. I will not be shopping or ordering from Kohl's again. I would not recommend using the .com site.
Update- They did refund my card for the full amount. At least that was done.

Kohl's charges a 15% for stocking fee and the buyer pays return shipping for Kohl's online purchases. My purchase that I need to return doesn't even show up on my Kohl's account. I called kohls.com and they hung up on me when I was waiting for the associate to get back with me to tell me how I can return this item without driving to the store. I won't run into this problem ever again because I am never again shopping at Kohl's. Kohl's used to be a regular shopping stop for our family but since they changed their selling strategy about 10 to 15 years ago we rarely did business with them anymore.

Zero Customer Service

Return policy is now setup to make it extremely difficult for returns to be completed unless you are near a store. Shipping policy is deceitful. They will not refund a package not received until after a clearing period. However their system reflects false information and does not recognize the package is lost. It keeps it in a deliverable state daily even though the package is obviously lost. That happened to us for 11 days. We ordered on Nov 29th. Package was lost Dec 4th. They didn’t recognize it as lost until the 15th. It’s now Dec 23rd. No package. No refund. No assistance from customer service. They blame the system and the carrier policy.

Kohls is dishonest with atrocious customer service

Two customer service reps lied to me about receiving a credit for a shirt I purchased. I ordered a sweatshirt from Kohls online for $74. It arrived in a Fanatics bag which confused me because I ordered from Kohls. Upon investigation, the shirt was 51.75 on Fanatics but sold to me thru Fanatics via kohls for $74. I contacted Kohls for a price adjustment and was told I would receive a credit on my card in 7-10 days. The first agent said I would get a confirmation email. After a few days, I never received the credit and called kohls again and was told I would get credit inn7-10 days. I ask for a supervisor to expedite and provide written confirmation. The rude supervisor said I would NOT get a credit. I told her I was told I would and wore the shirt, assuming the credit was on its way. Not sure how I will be able et return a shirt I wore since the credit I was told I would receive is not going to happen. Kohls should be investigated for deceptive trade practices.

Stop using OnTrac aka Lasership

Kohls - stop using OnTrac aka Lasership to ship Kohls.com orders. Been a customer for 20 years but will stop ordering if you continue to use OnTrac as the shipper. They mis-route every package, claim it’s lost or damaged or incomplete address BS - and it’s every package! Something is really wrong here with this sham company perpetuating retail fraud against your customers. Seems like pattern of intentional mismanagement or organized retail theft for there to be thousands of similar OnTrac complaints online. The USPS is 100% better than this horrible company.

I ordered a Christmas gift for a family member on December 1. Estimated delivery 12/4-12/10. On 12/18, as it still had not arrived, I called as the tracking said it was out for delivery at a city about 30 minutes away. They said to call back today if it was still not delivered. They sent me to call their shipping service, which won't even connect or ring (I wondered if it was just me, but I looked online and many others said the same thing). I called them back and they did not solve the problem. No gift to give for a party, the item is not in stock in stores, and they had no solution. Don't waste your time with them, just buy things on Amazon, who not only deliver on time, but have customer service that can actually solve your problems.

Store $601 tow away from the area where the sunlight is back in to unload product for you, your store

My wife and I parked our bobtail semi tractor truck back where they receive loads, on the side of the building.It said no overnight truck parking. Went in shopping within 45 minutes, we came out and our truck by continental towing was towed off trucks charges 1650.00
I visitex now the manager at the store He said, that's not the intent of what they had asked continental towing to do continental towing is out of out of fontana, california. I'm so disappointed would like to be in shopping, I have the receipt of the business done purchased.
And then have it towed off private property of the store owner. Please and continental towing to reinstate our expense with the towing company, I went back 2 hours later and found that same tow truck company and driver sneaking behind the building. He said he was picking up trash from the homeless. Waiting and watching to try to tow away another semi.It is illegal if the customer is in shopping for a few minutes. I Asked for a binding contract with kohl's and continental towing, which I have asked for from the corporate office.Your corporate office but never have received any info back. The manager at store 601 says he does not have a written agreement. That was so disappointing, and is not right?That while we're in shopping, our vehicle is towed away. In shopping about 1 hour. (Bad situation from Kohl's) please help get this resolved with store 601.

Wish I could give Kohl's -10 stars!!!

Wish I could give Kohl's -10 stars! I have been a loyal customer of theirs since they first opened their doors and have become a "MVC" since then. Yesterday, I went in the store to exchange the same shirt for my son as I had ordered the wrong color. The girl told me I could do that but if he doesn't like the one I'm exchanging it for and want to return it, I will only get the lowest possible amount for it!! Even though I bought it online with my credit card showing how much I purchased it for!!! Are you serious???? This isn't the first time I've had problems with them, either. The past 5 years with them have gotten worse and worse!! It's too bad they decided to screw their loyal customers! I hope they fall fast and hard before they steal any more customer's money!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!

1 star is too many.

I decided to purchase on kohls.com and it was a nightmare. The item was placed on " shipped" for 10 days. It was supposed to have been delivery already. When i called, the rep said, we can refund you and you will receive it in 7 days or you can get another one and will come in 5-10 days but we cant gurantee its not going to encounter the same issue. what a joke. Please stop shopping at Kohls so they can go out of business already.
