Great product and delivery
Delivery was fast and the product came really well protected, also I was given the option to change the destination to a pick-up point, useful. The heels fit true to size and are pretty comfortable despite being really tall.

I absolutely love my shoes
I absolutely love my shoes! They are stunning and even more beautiful in person. The quality is great, the customer service was excellent, and my order arrived very quickly.
The only small downside is that the stiletto heels feel a little unstable when walking, so it can be difficult to feel completely confident and steady in them. Other than that, everything is perfect.
I would definitely recommend KOI and will happily shop here again!

I am writing to follow up on my missing order, Order #12770501, regarding the Lido Leather Loafers.
As noted in my public review and your subsequent response your team indicated that you are expediting a full investigation into this matter.
To reiterate the issue: I paid extra for package protection on this order. The package was lost in transit, and despite multiple attempts to reach customer service by phone and email, I have not received the product, a refund, or a clear resolution.

Very bad Customer Support.
Sadly my Order never arived. It was left in front of my door of my rather criminal Neighbourhood, without my Dropoff-OK or Signature. In Itself, Koi cant do anything about that (except Ship with a not so cheap Courier). However, i Raised this issue multiple Times with Koi in Writing, they just ghosted me. Money gone, Package gone. Very bad Customer support, sadly.

shipping was quick, while the shoes are expensive its for a reason, these things are REALLY COMFY for a pair of giant platforms. Not only that but they look great. Generally Koi offers shoes that both look great and feel great in a way that many other companies just don't do anymore

Impossible returns
I bought my sister the Necromancer trainers which she's wanted for ages. This was a gift for her birthday. They arrived and don't fit despite her having shoes from KOI in the same size. We want to exchange for the next size up which isn't possible. So the other option is to return. There's a charge for this, and the website doesn't work when trying to generate a label. In fact, several parts of the website don't work. This is the most difficult return I've ever tried to do and is extreme frustrating for something that should be so simple. I wouldn't recommend this brand or this trainer to anyone. The sizes are inconsistent and the returns process is abysmal. UPDATE: None of the issues addressed in the reply are the point. But I'm absolutely not surprised by this because you've consistently let us both down. This was her only birthday present and you've absolutely ruined it from start to finish. Also interested how you waited until the refund had gone through to even bother responding.

When you experienced an issue with our returns portal, our customer service team resolved this promptly via WhatsApp so you could complete your return. Although our standard returns fee applies, we also waived this fee as a gesture of goodwill in your case.
As a small independent brand, we're unfortunately not able to offer free returns as standard in the way that many much larger retailers can. Keeping a returns fee in place helps us continue to offer unique designs at fair prices while operating sustainably.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes
Bought 2 pairs of shoes, one directly from the site, other from Zalando. Both came super fast, and without additional taxes (delivered to Spain).
The shoes itself are exactly as the photos, super comfy, despite being the tallest heel I own, thanks to the platform.
One of the shoes were badazzled, and I lost a few stones on my first day going out in them, but I'll just look for replacement stones on temu or something, and will be substituting little by little the stones.
I'm surprised to have lost just a few stones actually. Wonderful work.
It's one of those shoes companies that clearly love women. I certainly will be buying again from them.
