light weigh platforms but peeling soles
I bought 4 pairs of shoes from Koi Footwear after falling in love with my first pair of black platform boots. They were incredibly lightweight, comfortable, and stylish, which made me want to buy more styles, including another 2 different pairs of boots and a pair of Mary Jane platforms.
Sadly, the quality has been really disappointing. After only a few wears, the soles on multiple pairs started peeling, and one pair even cracked completely down the middle. For shoes at this price point, I expected much better durability.
What makes it frustrating is that the designs are genuinely amazing, and I love that the platforms don’t feel heavy or uncomfortable to wear. But out of the 4 pairs I bought only a few months ago, only one pair is still usable and thats after they weren't worn too often either and even that pair is now starting to peel at the sole too.
I really wanted to love this brand because the styles are fantastic, but the durability just isn’t there. Unfortunately, I can’t justify the price when the shoes wear out so quickly.

Iconic and the Moment
These heels are everything! They have a smooth, iridescent finish, and the gun heels are neatly put together. They fit true to size, and they're not as hard to walk in as they look (if you're experienced lol). The package came with a little poster card, and two spare heel bottoms which was a nice surprise.
Shipping from the UK to the US took a reasonable amount of time, and everything arrived with no signs of damage.

You have to return and wait for refund and then reorder to get a different size.
I needed a smaller size and the process of having to return and wait to get the money back and reorder rather than having the option to just get a different size was unusually convoluted for this type of UK company...

If you are in the US don’t even bother
It took three weeks to get to me because they didn’t hand it over to the company til I emailed and on whatsapp they were very unprofessional. They said it most likely was not getting to me. So I felt helpless but after a bad review they sent it out. Of course it was shipped in a polymer bag so the box was completely destroyed. My last ever purchase with this company.

While we understand the delay was frustrating, our customer service agent worked directly with you to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible, including arranging an additional pair at no charge.
We’d also like to note that our orders are shipped in protective bubble-lined mailers designed to help safeguard the packaging during transit, though unfortunately damage can still occasionally occur while in the hands of the carrier.

My new cowboy boots are a hit. They're comfortable to wear despite having a pointed toe, they feel great, and they look great on me. I was worried that the upper part of the leg on the boot might be too wide but they weren't so I was stoked. They look great with pants tucked into the boot. And I love the dual skeleton design!

Custom service was really nice when I tried to change the size of the shoe cause I got it wrong, but I haven't received my item yet and haven't received any other form of a shipping notification, on the website it just says confirmed no additional information.

Bad quality
I’m very disappointed with these shoes. As soon as I opened the package, there was a very strong plastic smell. The shoes also appear to be made with very cheap plastic materials and feel very low quality compared to what was advertised. The product does not meet my expectations or acceptable quality standards. DO NOT BUY!

Vegan materials can sometimes have a different scent when first unpackaged, particularly after being sealed during international transit, but this usually dissipates after the shoes have had time to air out.
