Delivery was swift, clear and polite. I love the shoes and well worth the price. They are comfortable and true-to-size (UK 8 were ordered) Heels also do not feel unnatural to walk in. Overall fantastic.

Gorgeous shoes!
These shoes are so high quality, beautiful, and comfortable. The one issue is that the strap is not long enough. I have pretty skinny feet compared to most people I know, but the strap only has 3 holes, and they're all too short for me (it wouldn't even buckle). So I had to take the shoes to get a new hole punched, but after that, they were perfect!! Shipping was also really good--it took 20 days from the UK to the US for only $8, which was honestly shocking compared to most overseas shipping times I've ever dealt with. Thank you for such wonderful shoes and service!

No boots - no reply by email, messenger, whatsApp.
Wow - just read all these reviews similar to mine - are they going bust or having problems? Ordered with express delivery via Debenhams, should have been here yesterday - not even a tracking number or despatch note. As with other people, no reply by email, messenger, WhatsApp etc - that's pretty terrible customer service. Even Debenhams are trying to chase them and they haven't responded to them either. Looks like a credit card chargeback I think...I'd recommend others do the same.
** in response to Koi's reply below... Your communication with Debenhams clearly isn't working then as the boots are still listed as two pairs in stock on Debenhams website! My daughter who had her heart set in these for her birthday is going to be really disappointed and your error means I have no time to do anything about it.
