SCAM. Just like everyone else here I've been had. I ordered two replica puppet /collectable toys from the film The Labyrinth. What arrived were terrible rubber dog toys (I don't think the rubber is safe for dogs) I am literally in talks with my bank as I type this trying to get my money back. They're really cheeky, I emailed them asking for a refund and they offed me 5 % then 10% ect. DON'T USE THEM.

I ordered what was supposed to be 2 lifelike yorkie dogs. I did receive 2 yorkie dogs that looked nothing like had been advertised. They were shocking . I asked for a return address and refund. Like many people previously said I was offered different discounts which I refused and stuck it out until eventually they offered me a refund without the postage charge . I happily accepted this . Please dont buy from this company it is a total RIP off.

I GUESS I AM JUST ANOTHER FOOL- PURCHASED A CLOWN WREATH FOR HALLOWEEN RECEIVED A PIECE OF JUNK STUFFED PILLOW THAT IS NOT WORTHY OF A DOG TOY - TOTAL TRASH. WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB, THESE PEOPLE WILL PAY EVENTUALLY AND HOPEFULLY BE PLACED IN PRISON FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND SCAMS. THEY ARE PURE TRASH.

Anyone with this email ending is running a scam. The email I had was attached to a Facebook page for Haya Alaa. So far they have offered half back but I will keep reporting them until I am satisfied.

I ordered a Waldorf doll and was sent an item not even good enough for my dog. This company is a complete scam.

I ordered one of those dogs that was supposed to follow you cuddle up to you and do all sorts of different things. Well all I got was a rubbish dog that does nothing apart from walk that I could have bought at the market for £5 to £10 pounds. Its discusting that these people can get away with it. I cannot seem to get intouch with them does anyone have an address or email I could have when I get through on the email there is nothing there to let me get intouch with them

I ordered one on those dogs that supposed to move. I got a stuffed animal like you get from the carnival. Junk. They are truly scammers. I told them I wanted a full refund all they gave me was 5.00 of my money back.

WHAT A SCAM! wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money on a German Tiger Tank that was such a cheap rip off it would make you laugh!!! I waited for about 6 weeks and have been trying unsuccessfully for another 6 weeks to get my money back. Probably cut my losses which is what they are counting on everyone doing.

This company is a scam. I ordered a smoking cauldron that was supposed to light up. They sent a .10 cent plastic cauldron that is about 2 inches. I could only laugh. I contacted the company and they offered a 10 % discount on future purchases and asked if I could use the product "normally"! Ha! I am still laughing. They then tried to guilt me by saying: "we did not make much money on your purchase"!

This company should be Shut down immediately. Poor reviews and false advertisements. Ordered robotic-like dog and sent a $2 stuff dog after waiting several weeks for delivery. Facebook should ensure all companies are legitimate. Very UPSET 😡.

This company is a sham from the word go do not order from them you'll get ripped off I put luckily I was fortunate and place my order with PayPal and got my money back - 12 bucks that's just for one item do not order repeat do not order and they wonder why the people don't like to deal with Chinese companies listing definitely was not as described

I saw this little lifelike, robotic dog on FB for $19.99, and I ordered it. It took forever to get here, and it was just a small, stuffed dog that you’d get as a consolation prize at a carnival!

This company is a POS and they sell nothing but POS products!

This company is fake discussing and needs shutting down,I ordered 2 x bean bag chairs and what a surprise still haven’t turned up I paid £39 99. for absolutely nothing.shut this company down,also they are something to do with a company called Vinioc which is also a fake company

I ordered a full size lifelike owl that is battery powered. What they sent me was 6" tall owl doll that isn't worth a dime. Rip-off artists! Buyers be ware.

I came across the Baby Grinch selling on Facebook for $46.90. the advertised product looked adorable and thought this would be a talking piece at Christmas.. Shock horror when my purchase arrived 3 weeks later..
what i unpacked was nothing like the cute adorable Baby Grinch, it was very cheap and nasty. when i contacted the seller they said "the picture on the store listing are retouched in some way generally. this will cause difference between the item and the picture hope for your understanding"
Company would not supply a return product or refund.. Beware of Baby Grinch SCAM

Absolute Scam company, we bought a supposedly 'realistic rottweiler' doll for our disabled son and what we received was a small stuffed toy with a keyring attached, probably worth $2 at the local reject shop.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am so angry that I fell for their ad on FB, offering a life like pet dog. I waited about 6 weeks and paid a sum of money that is outrageous for the lie about this product. It's merely a teeny stuffed animal, about 5", doesn't move or animate or do anything at all.

This is a scam company, deal with them at your peril. If you order from this company or any of its subsidiary companies you will not get the item you ordered. They deal through Paypal, so you think you are safe but don`t be fooled. They sent me the wrong and much cheaper items and expected me to return them at my own cost, that being virtually the price I had paid for the goods. I took my claim to Paypal and all they came up with was to return them at my cost. In future I will pay by credit card as there are better safe guards.
