Products are not as shown. I ordered a witch Halloween wreath which turned out to be a tiny cushion with a tab on it to hang on door. I complained, sent photos ( as requested) and requested to send it back with full refund - instead was offered 10% off next order. You couldn't even pretend it looked anything like picture shown!

This company cannot be trusted in anyway. They have failed to deliver the ordered article. In addition they now claim that the article was "returned" to them and they have not received it.
All communications with them are pointless as they state they will not reimburse my money until they get the goods.
I do not believe that the goods were ever sent and I do not trust that they would confirm that they received any that were returned.

Bunch of crooks, star rating does not go into minus.... It would get a MINUS 5. Purchased a pull along VW Hippie Bus cooler box (X2 as it was advertised at half price!!) Totalling $49, recieved 2 dinky toys made of plastic (not even die cast..as written on the box). After several e-mails got compensation from 3 to 25 dollars, matters are now in the hands of RIP-OFF BRITAIN tv program, so watch this space.......

I agree with everyone else, from my experience the reviews here are true, SCAM! I ordered a 17" Real Lifelike Journey Reborn Baby Doll. The picture showed it with clothing and to be lifelike. Totally incorrect, this is a deceitful company to deal with, never again! Do not trust anything from this place, could be also known as Ulstores or yeyangge03@kokoerp. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Do not order from this company. I ordered a portable shoe and clothes washer. I received a round mini disc to attach to a bucket I guess. After back and forth they offered $3 for my trouble. I wanted to return the mini washer disc and told them not was what shown in the ad. This is a scam

Very disappointed in product. Just a toy dog with no animation. Ad is very misleading. I want a refund of my money. It's not worth it.

I ordered a powerlifting pillow mattress for $59 and they just sent a flat-zippered seat cushion and told me that is what I ordered. They are refusing to refund. Embarrassed that I was so trusting and was scammed. What can be done to get them shut down?

I implore, beg and plead with nobody to do business with this company. They are internet thieves who give online buying a bad name. I ordered a watch which never arrived and i keep getting replies saying that my item is either on the way or i must check in at my local post office.

I ordered 2 baby grinch waited weeks for them and when they finally came they are nothing like what they advertise they just send you out cheap soft toy that is nothing like you order,and when you try to email them to complain the email is no longer valid its nothing but a con and needs reporting

This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Never, ever, ever buy from them!! I ordered a lifelike doll for my granddaughter. It was "suppose" to be 14" in length and come with clothes. I didn't know that it came from China or I wouldn't have ordered it, but trying to research it was futile. The reviews were glowing to make you think it was an up & up company. I waited between 3-4 weeks to get it. When it came it was barely 7" in length & didn't come with any clothes! I too received an email from them stating they would send me 1/2 of the $38.98 I paid for me to stop the Paypal inquirey. I responded if they could pay me 1/2, they can pay me all of it. Paypal has tried to contact them to no avail. Paypal has said that I will not be charged until they respond with proof that I did get what was advertised. n-e-v-e-r do business with them!!!! I ordered a baby Grinch for my granddaughter and it is nothing like what was advertised. It should have green fur, it was brown and the feet and hand should have been green with toes and fingers, they were brown material. It should have also worn clothes. When I complained they sent me an email asking for pictures but it is impossible to reply to them and any correspondence is met with, unable to send. Please don’t be conned by them.

Do not order from this company, it's a rip off. They didn't send me anything like I ordered. I want my money back. I hope Facebook doesn't allow they to advertise anymore on their site.

I placed order 2 months ago, payment taken, no contact till last week, I got a text telling me I could track my parcel via track17, when I tried they wanted a search fee. Eventually the parcel arrived the item is nothing like the advert. Just a VERY cheaply produced soft toy. Now I cannot contact the company. I want my money back. Trading Standards here I come! 😡😡

Classic "bait and switch." We ordered one product (a nice plush rabbit) for our granddaughter and this shyster of a company sent a cheap, hard plastic rabbit not worth 10% of what we paid. Repeated inquires to the customer service group got nowhere, with Kokoerp multiple times offering to refund a few dollars but NEVER offering to send the correct product that we wanted. I asked Kokoerp many times simply to send the correct product. Here's their final response, and I quote their employee jolji26.

Please, please, please -- do not do business with this company. They are a rip-off with no concept of honor.

Advertising is completely false and what you buy is far from what you expect. In my case I bought a dog, got a stuffed, “lifeless” thing, like the most cheap and worthless toy imaginable.

weeks and weeks of 'it is in the post' then 'reports of delayed by customs'. I would like to give a different review in a few weeks time but I doubt it as it has been 2 months now.

DO NOT BUY. This is a sham. I bought 2 realistic dogs from the facebook ad and they are just stuffed animals and do not move at all. Cheap and nasty toys. Paid a fortune for rubbish,

They will tell you that the item you ordered has been delivered. Mine never arrived, will not replace or refund. They keep telling me the tracking number and asking me to check with my "local post", I explain I have as well as spoke to my carrier, no package. I explained that I have security cameras all around my home, no package. Then they respond to check with the post office and my neighbors. They keep saying they will give me a favorable outcome, yet not a thing favorable has been done. I really want the doll I ordered, but now I want my $30 back. COMPLETELY A SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered a wrist band that is supposed to project your phone unto your arm. What i got was the cheapest digital step counter i have ever seen. It doesn't even match what the instruction it came with said it was supposed to do which were still just for a fitbit type device. It took me two month to even get them to agree to a 50% refund and I had to convince them to do that from a 10% refund. It was ridiculous. Save your money and time.
