I bought The Curious Bear Interactive Plush Toy, what arrived was a small bear no sounds, nothing just a cheap knock off. When I asked for a refund they told me to return this item, the shipping costs are more than the bear cost. They know this and Paypal have rejected my claim as I did not send this back, they are helping these scammers to rip people off!!!

So, the rc Drone we received.... Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing what they are advertising here...
It's actually 3inches x 1 1/2 inches
The control unit that holds the phone? Doesn't... It's plastic and takes 3 AAA batteries... Please don't waste your money on this. Oh and it does come with a carrying case...I spent a lot of money to get 2 plastic toys just to fly around inside the house! And if the wind speed is more the 4 mph... You can kiss the plastic toy bye-bye...
Another great product from China...yes that was an extreme sarcasm!!!

I bought two Airwolf helicopters that was over two feet long that was fully remote control that shot missiles and everything the video shown I bought the product spent over $100 and ended up with a 5 in diecast helicopter and a 4 in RC helicopter totally a scam run like hell now trying to dispute it with PayPal

The phone number and the email do not exist. The product is not what I ordered.

Also known as Honeyshee.com. I found this company via Facebook and their products looked excellent. Although expensive, I thought the quality looked excellent so I spent $83 on 3 items. I am currently requesting a full refund and should they ignore me, I will take my case to PayPal. Please DO NOT buy from these crooks. Shocking deceit.

Ordered a dog which is advertised as life like battery operated . Well it isn’t -it’s a complete con . I complained - they offered me $2 refund - kept on at it and eventually gave in at 40% refund of dog price only - not postage - complete and utter con .

i just cant believe i got myself into this mass, i ordered a dog for my granddaughter's birthday in early august now is sep 20 still dont have it i dident want to report it thinking may be any day might arrive but no ,then i tried email it was something 17 so that was wrong then tried phone # wrong # it was a recording ,im very curious whats going with your company i dont think its legit, i thought bs it was on fb it was safe to order , so what do i do now ?report it or are you still gonna send it to me ? the worse part is my granddaughter and i picket the dog and now a month latter she asking me nana where is my dog and i keep making different excuses, so
if i dont hear from you by today or tomorrow i have no choice but to report it, p.s i paid in full $39.39

I also would give this no stars or even minus if possible. I ordered things for my aunty a few items actually from a place called MrCamille I think it was through FB was meant to recieve some 17 inch real born baby dolls they weren't cheap either. I have only recieved 1 of the packages so far and am completely dissatisfied the doll that turned up was lucky to be 10cm long with a white rag around it no dummy or bottle that was supposed to come it was so ugly and looked like a dog toy, the avatar we revieve was better but still nothing like what we thought we had ordered tho. I have tried to email the company and it goes the kokoerp also. They are so unreasonable offered a $3 refund then went up. By like $2. I have put this through PayPal as a dispute but still waiting to see what happens. Also still waiting for 2 other packages to turn up for my aunty. Obviously they won't be what we ordered either. I am not happy and would love to know a way to be able to get our money back. This company has scammed a good few hundred off my aunty.

False advertising. Cheap, over priced products. I am currently dealing with customer service and not impressed.

This is a bad company. do no send anything like the pic. Everything was broken. I paid $85.97 for my order. they offer me $5.00 then $7.00 and told me to keep the thing and sell them. How do you sell think that is broken? All my thing were to be a Nightmare before Christmas, not a one was. Do not order anything from them. It is all bad. they do not care .about you at all. Cheep stuff you can get at any $1.00 store. has anyone got their money back?

Do not buy from this company. Cheap poor quality items at overinflated prices. The item I ordered didn’t even work. Getting a refund is a nightmare. After numerous request they eventually offered me $20 refund after first offering me $1 refund And following 15 e mails. The item cost $35. Absolute rubbish! Complete rip off merchants, thieves! No honour.

This company is dishonest and well aware of what they are doing.
They use other companies advertising as there own but send you inferior items of a similar nature.
Once they have your money they simply play dumb, blame other people in the company and then try to convince you to keep the product as it's just as good. This is evidence that they know you haven't received the item they advertised.
I purchased "Bone conduction headphones" and got a cheap low quality wireless earphone set... It's crap.
Multiple emails but no result. Got offered a 5% refund but that's it.
I've read some of the positive feedback, even that's fraudulent... They have english names but string poor sentences together like most asians do... This company is knowingly ripping people off by advertising high quality goods but sending cheap knock offs.
Worst if all, it's a Japanese company charging USD prices.

I ordered a remote control helicopter from this company. I took several weeks for my product to arrive, only to be the WRONG product. After contacting the company email, they wanted to "apologize" for their mistake, and blamed it on the warehouse. Then they offered me a 5% discount and I could keep the product they sent me. Next email was a 10% discount. I have made it abundantly clear that I will not accept anything less than a full refund, and I'm still waiting for a response. My next step is to contact the FTC for assistance. This product was advertised on Facebook. I will not order anything advertised on Facebook again.

Unfortunately after months of delay I too realised this is a SCAM! More fool me. Even email address is FAKE!!! NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF FACEBOOK.

Because i cant put a cero on. I order a Moza Gimbal on Persicum (kokoerp.com), as it had sooooo many good reviews, waited almost a month for the item to arrived and to have received a totally different item to what they advertise! Item came from china, they even deleted the item from the website when we asked for refund. A total scammers! All the good reviews are all fake too. Do not purchase from them.

Similar thing happened to me. I saw an advert for a large beanbag on Facebook from SEWSAA, coming from KOKOERP.COM. Bought it - a month later, what arrived was a tiny bean bag cover, of a different color, size and type than what was advertised. Scam.

I should not give this company any starts but in order to
write a review. I ordered 3 WIFI cameras and received 3 no good little cameras that are not even what they advertised I pay 59.97 USD for it and they offer me 5 USD after like 10 emails now they are offering 21.00 USD and they stated that is the most they will refund from what I read everyone lost at least 30 to 40 USD average. I am reporting this to Facebook and the authorities this is a big scam called my credit card and reported this people which they use few different company names.

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered the VW Cooler box for $50 including postage. Well you cant even put a small drop of water into the VW I received. It is not a cooler box at all. Just a small cheap $1 plastic car. I am so disgusted but not even going to bother fighting to get my money back. I will not be caught out again. Flipping scam. Beware people, dont buy anything off these people. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

This company kokoerp.com deliberately misslead their products. They represented a product I ordered as a Bluetooth phone wrist adapter. The item I received was a pedometer. when I went to verify my order there was no information to be found. When I contacted them they blamed their distributer. They also offered a small amount of refund.
