I ordered what they advertised as a laser engraver and got a manual engraver. I have been fighting with them for a refund. They first offered me $1.00. What a joke. This company is a huge scam. Selling you junk you can buy at the Dollar stores for high profits. Bunch of loosers!!!

Ooof. Wish I had done research before buying. The image on the site was of Eeyore, from the Christopher Robin movie. Ha! No. What I received is a poorly made *light blue*,not Grey Donkey. It looksa *NOTHING* like Eeyore, and doesn't even have a tag on it. And ooh boy, if Disney Corp ever get ahold of these guys for using images of licensed Disney products, these con artists are in for a headache.
And despite the alleged 100% Money Back Guarantee on the site, "Tomas" with Kokoerp offer me a crappy percentage of a refund. After much back and forth and hemming a hawing, "Tomas" offered me a crappy 20 percent refund. "Tomas" gave me a some sob story about an independent business that is struggling. I felt bad for them, and was not even fully awake when the email notification woke me up and i agreed, all while mostly asleep. Well, I came to my senses, emailed "Tomas" back and said the deal is off and that I am filing a dispute. Shoot, if these products were made by the mentally disabled and marketed as such, hen the items would be worth it. But NO. Poor craftsmanship, no tag on the product, overall ripoff.

If I could give these guys 0 stars they would get it after several emails to get a refund they have wasted my time and money. We ordered a life like spider and got seriously a 50c we paid over $50AU spider made from pipecleaners. constant emails kept being responded like so ....... I do wish I could add photos it needs to be seen to be believed. Dear customer,

They advertised an electric branch trimmer and sent me hand clippers! Now I’m fighting with them trying to get a refund. Anybody have any advice? I can’t believe how crooked they are. I wish there was more we could do to put this jerk out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought from a website on FB called SEWSAA- my email came from kokoerp.com I bought what was supposed to be a large bean bag and cover and I received just the cover, which was smaller than even an average size bean bag and misshapen (an oval, not even round.) Company just keeps asking me to keep it and sell it to a friend. I have no way of getting my money back. Do NO buy from this company.

Complete scam. Sent them $600 for merchandise. Got $50 worth. They offered my a $200 refund. Paypal wants me to file a report with my police. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a product. which I paid $39.99 plus shipping. Received an item that was not even similar - piece piece of plastic. They said it was similar and keep asking me to keep the item -- they will give me $3.00, next e-mail - they will give me $5.00, next e-mail they will give me $9.00. Next e-mail they will give me $11.00. These people are deceptive, dishonest. I want a full refund and will fight to receive it!!!

To bad you can't give them a zero stars. ordered a car umbrella off facebook, received a cheap sunscreen that I can't use. they pretty much said there was nothing they could do but give me discount on my next purchase, then they said they could refund me 10%, really. going to the bank to see if I can file a fraud claim for not sending me the item I purchased

Totally a scam! Send money for some lightsabers and more, didn't receive nothing! Send email and was told they received a drop off notice, so as far as they're concerned it's done! Well I will be going to the official channels!

With the number of negative reviews I can’t believe this company has not been shut down. I’ve also contacted PayPal to let them know that they are totally bogus company. Don’t order anything from here. If you do I would only use PayPal so that you can get your refund when you end up with a trash as your product.

Ordered a newborn doll what I received was a $1 dollar doll no clothing or anything this company should be brought to task and PayPal should bar them from using there service pity you can’t give negative stars

My daughter ordered the "baby shark" as a present for her baby brother soon turning 8 for her own money, and got a terrible miniature shark in some cloth (she even paid extra for air delivery). "marydaniels9472@ kokoerp.com" replied we could get 10 % discount and the the product (THAT WE DIDNT GET!?!), so in short they offer a couple of USD as a compensation for not sending what we paid for. I recommend everyone to put PRESSURE on PAYPAL; they are in collaboration with these fraudulent companies in my point of view; aiding and abetting their scams so shame on Paypal.

Saw an Interactive Baby Shark on line and my wife and kids loved it. The thing cost over US$30 and the piece of crap that they sent us was pathetic. They first offered a discount on my next purchase.(As if there would be one) After complaining they offered a 5% refund saying it was their fault. It appears this is not the first time they have done this. Advertised something and sent something else.

I wish I could give negative stars and I especially wish I had seen these reviews before I was suckered in to purchasing from them. Bought a "life like doll" for $29 (total of $38 after tax and S/H). Wish I could attach pictures. The doll online is adorable. The doll I received is something I would pass up at the Dollar Store. Online says 100% satisfaction gauranteed. Bull crap. When I contacted them they tried desperately to give me the run around. Please accept 10% off your next order. NO. Ok, please accept $10 back and keep the doll. Ummmm. NO. I want all my money back. When I finally got PayPal involved in my dispute, they agreed to give me a full refund if I returned the doll...ON MY DIME! So ok...now here's what we have...I spend $38, you agreed to give me back my $38. We're good. NOOO...I have to send my item back at my expense...and do you know how much it is to send a cheap ass dollar store doll back to Malaysia??? $25!!! SO, in the end, I would have no doll and I'd be out $25.

This company is so poor I did not want to give any stars. I ordered 2 x CPAP ANTI SNORING DEVICE ELECTRONIC TOTAL COST $24.98 USD. The parts arrived one was broken and neither was electronic they admitted it was their fault but kept offering 3 to 8 dollars to except them, told them no they now have said i must return them at my cost and only have a warehouse in china. So i advise anyone thinking of using this company please DO NOT BECAUSE THEY RESORT TO THREATS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE BE WARNED I ALSO TRIED TO INFORM SHOPIFY BECAUSE ITS WHO THEY GO THROUGH NO JOY

Stated on website that country of origin is USA, absolute lie as country of origin is China. Ordered 2 very different pairs of sandals, received 2 pair exactly the same. Poor quality and about 3 sizes too big. Buyer beware.

The service is terrible. I ordered one of the hair curling machines and received a miniature straightener! Contacted them and they apologised and said their mistake but said I could keep it! When I said I didn't order that and wanted the curler, they offered me to keep straightener and get a 5% discount on next item! Again complained and was offered 10% discount on next item! I said I wanted a full refund or the goods back and no response. They said the picture put up on FB of the curler was incorrect and their seller's mistake. No recompense for me, so I will be taking this further with the bank.

Pure Scam!!!! I had no choice but to give a one star to be able to write this review. This is a scam company!! I purchased three real born dolls and I received three plastic dolls with plastic clothes resembling nothing like I ordered! I paid $80.63 and received three dolls that I seriously doubt are valued at $5. Please do not fall for their scam like I did. I paid through PayPal and I hope I can get my money back. I have photos of my confirmation email showing photos of the dolls I ordered and I have photos of what I received!

THEY POST A HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT (FOR ME IT WAS A STUFFED FOX WITH BENDABLE PARTS) THEN SEND OUT A CHEAP SQUEAKY PLASTIC DOG TOY. IT WAS NOT A STUFFED FOX WITH BENDABLE PARTS AS ADVERTISED. Shipment shows originally from China and they place another sticker over the package from a Post Office Box out of New Jersey. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!
