This tea has given me energy, a general sense of well being, has lowered my blood pressure and A1c! I, also, have been impressed by the company itself and how it stands up for what it says and stands by their word!

Have been drinking Kombucha for about a year. Got my cultures from Scott at Kombucha America. Struggled a bit in the beginning to get my “system” in place. (Bottle types, location, temperature regulation, brewing time, type of tea to flavor with, etc.). Reached out to Scott a time or two and he was very helpful and prompt to reply. I enjoy my Kombucha “recipe” very much; so much so that it has replaced the majority of my hot-tea drinking.

I have been making and enjoying my own kombucha for a couple of years now, and love it. Working with Scott from Kombucha America has made it very easy for me. I purchased my first culture from Scott. I was a bit unsure of myself early on and Scott was very patient and helpful. That was years ago and I have been a happy brewer for a very long time. I recently sent Scott an email question with a picture attached and after all these years I got a phone call in less than 24 hours. Now that’s great service!

Superior product and service. I was first exposed to kombucha in 2013 while researching sprouting and juicing. Then re-exposed in 2015 after obtaining "The Art of Fermentation" by Sandor Katz and started my journey into the world of fermentation. After the six week failure to start my own with commercial kombucha (unknown to me it was pasteurized) my wife and I searched the internet and found Kombucha America and realized that this guy "REALLY KNOWS HIS HIS STUFF". So we purchased a multiple package with the just in case option. Followed the instructions and in a few days I had a SCOBY float up in the black tea jar, green tea took longer and I was now a brewer. My colony remained extremely viable, I had two gallons in different stages of fermentation. Then disaster. My wife was diagnosed with cancer, my life turned upside down, brewing ceased, wife and SCOBY died. Prior to kombucha most all joints in my body ached and my gut was a wreck. While drinking kombucha every night after supper I became at least 95% pain free and had acceptable gut health. Now it is time to start over and with the trusted help from Scott at Kombucha America my journey will begin again. Buy your cultures here and you will not be disappointed.

Their product is excellent. It arrives quickly and with all the information needed. If I have any questions, the owner Scott either answers right away or calls back within minutes. Highly recommended.

Love Kombucha, and used the easy brewing method that you can get from Kombucha America. It's a great alternative to other beverages with lots of sugar. Had good experience with my order. I had high liver enzymes, and while drinking Kombucha, they went down.

Great product. I was able to successfully brew my own tea which I loved more than the store bought Kombucha teas. The recipe provided was fool-proof. Unfortunately due to family emergencies, my tea brewing was neglected. Because I ordered multiple scobies in the beginning, I am receiving a free replacement from Scott. Thanks, Scott! I can't wait to start brewing again!

One of the smartest things I ever did was to go with Kombucha America and Scott Cap. I am not one to go along with the crowd but I’m happy to be included with the millions who love this company and their wonderful, health giving product. The original cultures were high quality and relatively inexpensive and years later I’m still brewing this nectar of the Gods for free. Buying Kombucha tea at the grocery store is stupid considering the low quality and high price. Now and then I tend to get creative with brewing concepts and Scott is always there with sound advice like a good friend. I am always bragging about this wonderful tea, this wonderful company and this wonderful company representative.

Started with scoby from Kombucha America @10 years ago. Process has worked beautifully. The unique "easy method" of brewing is foolproof, truly easy, and delicious! This is the company I always recommend for those who feel "out of sorts" physically.

The cultures I received were of excellent quality and I brewed with them successfully for many years.

I have used the easy brew method for years now and I continue to receive compliments on the flavor of my homemade kombucha. It's so easy! The health benefits are numerous but taste is important to me. For my second fermentation I add apricot juice and I like it so much that I will reach for a kombucha before I reach for a soda. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to pay store prices. Mine tastes much better!

There is a lot of kombucha products out there today and the majority of them offer a commercial product with kombucha in them. Kombucha America allows you to make kombucha tea in its natural form and you can continue making more at no cost. This in itself along with the background and help information available on the website makes it the best site for kombucha.

I have purchased several cultures from Kombucha America. They have always arrived on time and healthy. I use the old fashioned method to brew my kombucha and it turns out great. Because I ordered 2 cultures I was also able to get directions for a wonderful face serum. I’ve been using it for a few months and can see improvement in my skin. I’m 63 years old so any improvement is a help. I will continue to make and use this serum because I see results and I save so much money making it myself.

I ordered my first cultures years ago after thoroughly researching what was kombucha (this was before mainstream made it celebrity) and who was Kombucha America (when Scott was just another Google-geek lol). I had found every good, bad, and just-down-right-mean thing said but after taking my first drink, I've been a full fan! I have a stressful job with long hours, lacking sleep most of the time You can imagine with this kind of life style how my skin looked, tired and dull.I always used brand name expensive serum products to compensate. They did not do much and the sag and dullness grew worse.I learned about this easy to make serum, at first i was hesitant to use it thinking all that expensive serum did not do much so what could this serum do for me? Finally I started to use it. I felt my skins becoming tighter and after a month of using this serum everyone was asking me what was I doing to look younger.Now the sagging tired look is almost gone and not only do I look great but also saved a lot of money. Also Scott really knows what he is talking about. The culture comes with a detailed process on how to make Kombucha. Scott's process is simple, works great and if one has any questions, he will take the time to respond and make sure we are successful.
I didn't buy anything but cultures few year's ago. I had questions recently about the process as I was experiencing difficulties. I was surprised to get a prompt response to my questions. This is rare to see such a great customer support these days.
