I love my kombucha tea! I found the brewing instructions to be thorough, and easy to follow. I have always brewed the best tea--way better than the commercial stuff--and for pennies a day. I always feel a lot clearer thinking when I drink kombucha in the morning. Highly rated product and foolproof to brew--just takes a tiny bit of the day to put together a batch!

I wasn't sure about drinking this tea. It sounded weird and gross. I've tried a lot of health things without immediate results so I was a little leery about the claims. We brewed our first batch and I started drinking it. I didn't see results the first week but I kept on drinking it. Approx 1 cup per day. After about 2 months I had a lot of energy. I used to get so tired and run down in the afternoon. No more! Now, If I haven't planned the batches just right and I run out, I can tell. The tea isn't bad either. It's like drinking Apple Cider Vinegar with a little kick. Not bad at all! We love it and I know it does a lot for me already. I also sleep better and my mood has improved. I can't wait to see the effects after years of drinking! Thanks Scott!

We started making kombucha tea two and half months ago. Since then we have made ten batches of great tea. Its fun and easy to make. The tea becomes alive in minutes after mixing everything together. Within five days your well on your way to enjoying probiotics in a delicious tea. I started drinking Kombucha last spring when I wanted to give my system a probiotic boost. I liked it so well it was starting to get a little pricey for my budget. I decided to start brewing. I'm a straightforward kind of person and don't like to go through a lot of hype when I'm researching. Straightforward on the web was by far Kombuchaamerica.com. I placed my order and received my cultures in two days (WA to TN!) I've had great success using Scott's easy brew method. AND, he responds to your emails personally and quickly. If you want Kombucha, this is a great resource.

I was turned onto kombucha America back in 2001 by a holistic physician who required all his new patients to drink kombucha. So, I've brewed it since then. I feel like it greatly enhances the quality of life. Kombucha America offers great service. Periodically you have a sample that goes bad. Scott will send you a new one, which is awesome. I guess that I need to try this new brewing method which doesn't require the mushroom and less likely to get mold or contamination....here's to happy kombucha drinking...cheers!

I purchased two cultures and both have worked great. I was having a problem at first, I called Steve and left a message, he called back within five minutes. He walked me through the process and was in no hurry to get off the phone. This is a great product that works and Steve is great at what he does. Thank you

I have been drinking Kumbucha Tea since about 1986 off and on. I was having a problem with SAD (seasonal affected disorder) and a friend of mine gave me a mushroom to make the tea. I thought "why not"? I was surprised how good I was feeling in about a week. By the end of the month my energy came back and so did my stamina. I also didn't catch as many colds as I had before and still don't.It was also helping my immune system. Then came the time when I needed to find a supplier for the mushroom. Searching on the internet took me to Scotts website, KUMBUCHA AMERICA.com. I ordered and was and still am very pleased. I received my order of Kombucha cultures within a week of purchase. I have been making and using Kombucha since then for over 3 months. I have about 2-3 glasses/day. I love the product, and I feel good using it.

A friend turned me on to kombucha and got me started brewing my own by giving me a SCOBY and some fermented tea.
I used that SCOBY for some time, but something, probably contamination, set in and I needed to start over.
I checked out many websites that would send a SCOBY in a ziplock bag with some tea, but I chose kombuchaamerica.
I was amazed how easy it was, how well his culture worked, and how it allowed me to start consuming kombucha tea immediately following the brewing period, without a fully formed SCOBY.

I started brewing kombucha as an alternative to alcoholic drinks. It helps calm my sensitive stomach and makes my skin clearer. Scott provided excellent service and replaced my culture when ants got into it. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to save money and improve their health!

I have ordered from Kombucha America America a couple times. In both instances the communication was exemplary. The speed of delivery was as fast as could be reasonably expected. I have had to communicate with the owner on a couple of occasions(due to a question of my own). The culture was viable and performed as described. I have also had extremely good results from using Kombucha. I have lost some weight and I believe it has helped my arthritis and has given me energy; My wife has also reported good results. Besides that Kombucha tastes great and the owner has integrity. Highly recommended.

I never knew anything about Kombucha till I talked with my doctor of the benefits she recommended Kombucha America. I purchased two cultures and followed the instructions right away it came out amazing. Then I got more adventurous and started to vary the recipes each time it keeps getting better.
