My experience has been very professional and always satisfactory. The Kombucha product arrives very quickly, is appropriately packaged and comes with the most straight forward instructions I've ever seen anywhere. As others before me have said, Scott is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer questions and give guidance when asked. I whole-heartedly recommend the service provided when you order from Kombucha America.

Kombucha America is a class act operation all the way. Scott mails his cultures around the world for good reason: he offers a quality product accompanied by great service. He really cares (!) that his customers are successful brewing their Kom tea at home. I started my Kombucha business 5 years ago & was lucky enough to buy my first cultures from Scott. Being a beginner, I had many questions, but Scott always had the time to answer me via phone or email. He is extremely knowledgable from a scientific standpoint & I venture to say he is a pioneer in this field selling Kombucha cultures long before it became trendy.

ive been drinking this for years and it has made a difference in my health when i was in the hospital there was no one to care for it and when i came home it dident look too good so i contacted scott and now i will be getting a new 1 iam very happy with this company and would recommend them and there product

I purchased my Kombucha cultures from Scott at KombuchaAmerica.com. The cultures came quickly in the mail. He was very helpful when I had a couple of questions getting started. Since then we have made successful batch after batch of great tasting and refreshing kombucha. I would highly recommend KombuchaAmerica's product and customer service.

I've beem drinking Kombucha for several years got some Cultures from this Gentleman a couple times of course i moved and had to restart brewing again.Since i purchased these last kombucha they produced but had problems e-mailed this gentleman and he replaced no questions ask.Great costomer service and prompt response.He does very well and very happy with this company.I'm almost 50 years old and am Healthier that kids half my age from Kumbucha.When I drink it gives me the ability to think straight and people can't believe I am my age.The extra energy is great.Thank You Kombucha America.GOD Bless

Several years ago I began brewing KT from Kombucha America. I had questions and a REAL PERSON answered the phone and helped me get started. My husband loved it and very soon had much more energy and didn't need daily naps. He liked it so much he weaned himself off diet soda, drinking KT instead. (That was my initial reason for brewing). For myself, I found great improvement in my sleep. I have difficulty getting to sleep and difficulty staying asleep.

Life gets in the way, and my cultures died. Irrecently called to get more cultures to start again, and a REAL PERSON again to help me start over. The product is superior, but the customer service and support make Kombucha America superior to all other suppliers! Thank you for being there for us! I can't wait to feel better again!

After a kombucha-brewing hiatus, I attempted to start over using the super-specific brew instructions with a store-bought kombucha inoculant. After weeks of no sign of life, I emailed Scott, hoping to pick his brain. I received a prompt call. After discussing the possibility that commercial pasteurization could have existed, Scott reminded me of Kombuchaamerica's lifetime replacement guarantee (I had forgotten about it). He also took the time to share the merits of the easy-brew method. Totally impressed with Scott's customer service and his expert guidance through my brewing challenge!

I had a problem with the culture after being on vacation for a month. It didn't seem to like not being fed regularly. (don't we all). Called Scott, he got right back to me, sent me another culture and all's right with the world.

Received my purchase two days after ordering it. Had many questions which Scott answered the same day I sent them. I've been brewing the tea now with now problems
having fun and drinking a fantastic tea! He is TOTALLY AWESOME!

After having chronic sinus infections, we heard that Kombucha tea could help our overall health. We have been using the easy brew method which has allowed us to incorporate Kombucha into our daily routine. We feel our health has improved!

The Kombucha works as advertised.the easy method couldn't be easier and works great.

I made it for a while using the easy method with perfect success, then got busy and stopped for whatever reason. Recently tried to start up again with what I had saved and it wouldn't work. I then emailed kombucha America to use the lifetime replacement guarantee and they got back to me right away to send me new free kombucha.

The customer service is great and I would recommend this to everyone.

I am in the first days of my first Easy Brew from Kombucha America. I was worried at first because I had searched the internet for a good supplier and was totally confused. I chose KA from gut reaction. I was right again. My cultures came very fast and the directions Scott sent could not have been better or easier unless Scott was in my kitchen. So far, everything he has listed out has happened and I am so pleased. Wish it would brew faster, I've been out of store kombucha for 2 days and am so logy even though I upped my kefir consumption hoping to make up the difference. Might be a coincidence but my eyesight changed while drinking the store bought booch. For the better, had to go back to a previous pair of glasses. Wonder what will occur with the homebrew booch! Don't be fooled by fancy web sites and all the extra STUFF they try to get you to buy. Scott's easy brew is the way to go, order some and find out why. I give Scott and his company 5 stars. Great customer service, great product, great information and great guarantee.

When I received my kombucha cultures I was a t work my son called me and told I had an order, which I knew what it was. I told him to put the cultures in the refrigator. When I go home I looked in the frige for them I couldn't find them. I called my son and asked him where were they and he said in the freezer they were in ther for a couple of hours or more. I went into shock. (LOL) I immediately emailed Scott told him what had happen. He asked me did the cultures in the vial burst I told him know, he said for me to go and start the fermentation and see what happen. I strated the cultures and the fermentation seem to be working. I am excited about making my own kombucha tea, and the benefits I will receive from drinking it. Scott has been very helpful in answering my questions about the stages of the fermenting of my kombucha tea. I think I "GOT IT" and should be able to start my second batch ot tea in a couple of days.I would suggestion to anyone to try kombucha tea you want be disappointed in the benefits you might receive.

For the last 30 years, I have been successfully making kombucha tea using the Scoby mushroom method with a wide-mouth container. I recently came across the website of Kombucha America and ordered two vials of kombucha tea culture and followed the Easy Brew method using wine bottles (narrow opening containers). Simple and easy with excellent results. I highly recommend ordering from Scott at Kombucha America who provides all the help you will need to get your excellent results.

Scott with Kombucha America was beyond helpful when dealing with my mold growth problem. I tried to brew with the traditional method, whereas Scott recommends the easy-brew method to eliminate contamination. (You can find this method on his website) I notified him of my problem and he offered to send some more cultures free of charge. I would strongly recommend this company for all of your cultures and Kombucha information.

About 8 years ago I purchased 2 cultures from Kombucha America and had been making kombucha with no problems. I moved to a different state and my kombucha, the final product changed, it was gelatinous. I had not read of this problem before, the only person I knew who would know what was happening was Scot. Found out there was a cross contamination problem and I needed to throw my cultures out. I was offered replacement cultures for being a past customer, which I did not expect since it had been 8 years from the initial purchase.

I am thankful for the resource of experience and service, I would definitely recommend to others to purchase from Kombucha America.

I have been with Kombucha America for so many years, I think it was 2004 when I first started with them. It has always been an amazing product. I then purchased the product again in 2011, and with the life time replacement I am know getting more of the product, after I had my kitchen redone and it was to hard to keep the mixture growing.
Kombucha has been amazing for me! The first time I bought the product was because I had two kidney stone procedures, and they could not do anymore. The doctor stated that they were not able to get the whole stone as it was to big, and that more procedures would damage my kidney. I thought what the hell am I going to do? I went on line to find something , anything! I read about Kombucha, and thought what do I have to lose. So I sent for it, and started drinking a cup in the am and one when I got home from work. I did that for 3 months. I was then suppose to get a follow up x-ray to see what was happening with the stone. When I went I asked the tech if there was a stone, and prayed that it was gone. And It was! The doctor of course had no reason for the missing stone, and said that the Kombucha Tea could not have done it, yah right western medicine. All I know is that it worked. And when you think about it , Kombucha changes the ph of your urine, and a kidney stone is mostly calcium so changing your ph to a higher acid would dissolve the stone just like the info on the website stated. All I can say is that I have stopped and have started drinking Kombucha and every time I get back on it I feel so much better. Thank you Kombucha America and I am glad I bought the two samples (one of which I gave to a friend who is still drinking it) and now they are sending me a new one for free. Looking forward to getting back on it again.

My wife & I couldn't be happier with the quality of Kombucha America's cultures and with Scott's customer service. All questions have been answered promptly and with a definite sense of making one feel comfortable with the whole process of making your own Kombucha Tea. We are into our second year of making this marvelous tea ourselves and have been so very pleased with the results we are getting... more energy definitely.

As well, after using this product for a year, I quit smoking (a pack a day) and quit drinking coffee (a pot a day) cold-turkey as they say... and without the usual crazy cravings that drive one up the wall. I just lost my taste for these things. We've also lost our taste for sweets and salty foods. It's as though our bodies are slowly changing to desiring more healthy eating and living habits.

It's amazing what Kombucha Tea has done for us. We're in our early 60's and the benefits we are experiencing are astounding. Granted, it's a process... not an overnight miracle... but a miracle nonetheless.

Also, the taste of the homemade Kombucha is so much better than what you can buy in the store, and you can mix it up with different flavoured juices to suit your palette.

Scott has made a believer out of us. I can't recommend his product, or his service, highly enough. Buy it with confidence, you'll be glad you did.
