I looked all over the internet for information on how to brew my own kombucha and almost gave up wanting to brew it myself after reading all the do's and don't concerning the 'mushroom'. I just really didn't want to bother with it. Then I found kombucha america and read where you could make kombucha a new easy way without creating a new mushroom every time. And Scott said he would be there personally to answer any questions and help through the process. So I emailed him some questions preparing for the usual several day response time. Then the phone rang two minutes later and Scott spent 15 minutes answering all my questions and has been there almost immediately twice since I received my two starter cultures, this last time on a Sunday and the other two times on Saturday. Others have tried - Kombucha America has succeeded ! their simple brew method has brought me several excellent bottles of Kombucha and I have another gallon brewing right now. Simple & fun to get a bottle started - when you need a break go make Kombucha using Scotts simple method. Everything in the instructions are 100 % correct. And if you do have questions.. Email or call Scott and expect a reply back in a few hours or less. depending on his response burden at the time. Now me and my Wife can enjoy healthy Kombucha without all that store-bought expense .

I used both methods. Your Easy Brew method IS easy and the traditional way produced very healthy mushrooms. I am so glad I came across your website instead of paying $24.95 for just one mushroom from another company. I do not have to pay $3.00+ for a bottle of kombucha any more....yayyy!!!

About 3 days after I started drinking Kombucha my chiropractor exclaimed that I finally adjusted like a "normal person". Prior to drinking Kombucha my adjustments were easy and short lived. At about $3.70 a bottle and I was drinking 1.5 per day, I began looking for a cheaper alternative. I purchased a dried SCOBY from another website...a bust. Then I found Kombucha America and ordered 2 cultures with lifetime replacement. On my third batch I didn't read the directions but made the tea from "memory" forgetting one of the ingredients. I talked to Scott and he helped me recall omitting one of the ingredients.. And that batch and subsequent batches are going strong. I have had a few questions since then and Scott always answers within a few hours. I drink between 24-32 oz most days. I know my energy is tremendously better...I no longer have to take a nap at lunch to get thru the day. Joint pain is pretty much gone. This is amazing stuff. As a physician interested in more holistic approaches I recommend Kombucha to all my patients and I believe Kombucha America is the best place for information and to purchase a starter. (I always recommend getting two as then Scott offers lifetime replacement.)

I am new to making kombucha and I feel as though I have my own personal trainer with Scott. He is obviously is an expert in brewing kombucha and answers my questions thoroughly and quickly. My first brew was a huge success and just as easy as he promised. He has steered me in the easiest and least expensive methods of kombucha making. I have explored many other web sites and spent more time and $$ there but feel I have received less information. I highly recommend his website.

After researching the sites for Kombucha I decided to purchase from Kombucha America. Scott gave the most detailed information and the fastest way to make my Kombucha. My first batch was excellent and my family loved it.Then, I messed up my starters by not following his directions and my Kombucha went bad. Listen, I just learned about Kombucha about a month ago and decided to continue investigating about how to brew the tea myself. I have searched other sites for information. Although helpful, I began my "Kobumcha" journey with Scott's Kombucha America and found this site to be the most informative and helpful site regarding this amazing miracle tea. I have been using a Kombucha America mushroom to make kombucha for at least 5 years. I have had no issues or problems at all and the Kombucha is fantastic. I have ordered two Kombucha starters (I let the first die) and now Scott offered to send me a free third one even though it seems I contaminated the batch and caused my Kombucha issues. He called me on Saturday and sent me a new mushroom immediately. I have never had better service or a more tasty product.

At age 55 i play work as hard as my 30 year old co-worker's . I believe it is a perfect to detoxify your system as well. It instill's a feeling of well being and just has made me more health conscious in general . I drink around 24 ounce's a day which is more than most . but it work's . I recently and my car was left in a transport for a while my kombucha culture's were contaminated. I ordered more from Kombucha america the service was fast and the product was excellent . I recommend his service to anyone, some site's can't be trusted give this drink a few month's to see the real result's .

i just want to say THANK YOU to scott at Kombucha America for the advice that he has given me concerning kombucha! his website is full of information if you are interested in making your own kombucha, or have questions about it. i have been making kombucha for over 8 years - for my husband who has MS and for myself (type II diabetes). my husband has more energy than i do! and he takes no medication!! as for me, it helps maintain stable blood sugar. i have purchased store bought kombucha a number of times over the years, but for the price, making my own makes more sense. it's a lot (LOT!!) less inexpensive. my kids (all grown now) think the name is funny, and tell their friends that their mom makes kombucha and kefir. since not many people have ever heard of it, the reactions are great! then they found this video... This web sight not only gives you the health benifits of the Kombucha culture but the scientific research from other countries. Kombucha tea helps me sleep at night. It takes care of my restless legs. When many people got the flu where I worked, I stayed healthy. I know it was because of my tea. I was very pleased with my original order and followed instructions. We were soon enjoying the many benefits of drinking kombucha tea. My husband especially enjoyed the renewed energy he experienced.
